All of Indian Cinema right from entry level .interview .casting ..make up artists . production..written. Agreements.. Body camera..voice recording...CCTV etc at places of shooting... Accommodation to be made mandatory....
We actually don't care about cinema dirties...but as far as the other work place exploitation or abuse is concerned the only remedy is the perpetrators' family which means how they take this into consideration, how they react right after the dirty thing is done by his father or brother or someone in his family.... this will only change things.....
