Hey, if you know how to start the 7 by 1 brick stitch do a few regular stitches. Once youre ready to start your corkscrews use one center strand for the left corkscrew as your vertical strand and the other middle strand for your right vertical corkscrew. After you got your desired corkscrew length make sure your last corkscrew stitch is lined up with the 7 by 1 base so its straight again and continue your regular brick stitch to connect it back together. I hope i explained it right if u have any questions let me know! :)
