Some stuff you may or may not know: - BAir has a tap/hold input to it, with tap being a single hit that offers great mobility while hold is a floatier multihit that sends opponents more vertically! - FStrong can be used in the air if you do it right at a ledge; it's a bit weaker when doing this but its a really cool option! - Aside from charging NSpecial directly, Eggman also charges it a bit when hitting opponents and parrying attacks! - You're probably aware of Eggman's voice options, but it's worth mentioning that he has a ton of secret lines. Such as when fighting specific Sonic characters, as well as some very obscure secret ones (try the Alfred/fandub voice when at exactly 70 stocks for example...) - Probably more, there's a lot to this character, but I'll stop here, lol All that said though, these showcase videos are great and very high quality! And I'm glad you enjoyed Eggman!
@@BladeSpeedDemon95 Some are random (like which line plays on death, killing an opponent, etc), and same for specific character lines, but stuff like the 70 stock one aren't randomized. Just kinda obscure, as most people wouldn't know he has a special voice line for using that specific voice option with 70 stocks, haha! A slightly less obscure example is that he also has a special one for using the Alfred voice when there's 3 or more Eggmans in the match too, which plays when the match begins!
@@FelixBlobDev That's pretty cool! It's little extra details like this that are really getting me to appreciate Rivals Workshop characters. (It's literally got me wondering how an Isabelle character of this caliber would play in this game lol)
@@BladeSpeedDemon95 Sadly most of Workshop doesn't have this kinda depth always, but our roster is full of it! Pretty much every character has a decent few secrets, compatibility, and more added, haha. Also it's funny you mention Isabelle as I keep seeing people talk about her... I made a sprite of her for the Town Hall stage somewhat recently (you might've seen it already), but I don't plan to make her playable myself. If I for some reason did, though, then yeah she would've had the same kind of quality and depth as the rest of our roster, haha!

He can be a huge nuisance if he wants to be or he can have a good fight in his egg mobile whichever he prefers he gets to choose the flow of the match considering he can summon egg pawns who are no slackers in damage output of course but he’s got enough raw strength to not need to as long as he’s in the egg mobile anyhow
He gonna knock down Sonic oh yes! Hit a coffee cup, spill it on the desk! Gonna knock down Sonic and Sonic and Sonic and Sonic and Sonic and Sonic and Sonic and Sonic and hit a laptop that’s got Sonic on it!
You should check out some of the original characters too. Even if you (like me) don't care about their original lore or whatever, they're often the most interesting characters from a gameplay perspective, or just really translate well from actual fighting game characters they're based on (including several Smash ones). Characters like Monarch, Zerra, Synne, Nova, Zephrie, Bat Bat, Zander, Donyoku, Anthem, Coda, Scratch & Bite, Wally and literally hundreds of others are truly worth checking out.
I made the Eggman in the video, and I've got a bunch of original characters also worth checking out. Like Matthew, Sol, Aria, Starter, etc. So I recommend those, too!

Like with Jigglypuff, they are some other details I feel are worth mentioning - Eggman (while in his mech) can jump in the air multiple times (I forgot the exact number but it’s more than the average character) as well as being able to float like peach - ftilt and dash attack can be held down (though the latter only can until he lands or is otherwise interrupted), with ftilt being able to reflect projectiles as well! - bair has two versions; tap and held. Tap is the version seen in the video (single hit, pushes you forward), but if you hold down the input, eggman doesn’t fall down, isn’t pushed forward, and the attack is instead a multihit! - though you can see it in the gameplay section, worth pointing out that in the air, the eggpawn spawned from dspecial is different! - a very big extra egg man has is his voice options! He has 4 whole separate voices you can select on the character select screen through a unique button he has (as well as muted, if you prefer that), being the sonic adventure voice (the one seen in the video), modern voice, adventures of sonic the hedgehog voice, and a snapcube fandub voice! - eggman has a LOT of special voice lines for certain interactions and situations, some being obvious and on every voice option, and some being *very* oddly specific and only on one. Once again, great video, hope to see more from you!
I love this eggman very dearly I only have one nitpick It's weird to see a ball jump without contact on the flooor. Also weird that nothimg pushes it up. Very small nitpick, i love the moves
Whiling it is not in something like Brawl/PMEX Remix, SSF2 or Crusade (he is a boss there), this is the closest next best thing and…..well better than nothing Makes me want to play Aether sometime, just for him alone
Most of Eggman's moves: *uses his machinery to deal heavy strikes without staining his hands in any moment*

Those Egg Pawns and other Badniks definitely do NOT mess around and I see what they were going for here with Eggman's Down Special
