Hey Matthew I am running into a problem with my aids and connector - all works well for a while, then I hear a chime and the streaming dies, to restart on its own a few secs or min later. This goes on and on and it makes it impossible to enjoy the actual programs. I tried resetting, re-pairing, moving the router, etc. Nothing works for long. Any suggestions?
Following your instructions seem to be very straight forward and easy. When the button is pressed on the back of the TV connector, with it connected to a New LG TV and the light is green. The light never turns blue. Have you seen that issues previously? I'm confirming my new Phonak Hearing Aids are one of the models you've listed in you video. Thank you for your response.
Hi, this is great for my partner.The only issue we have is that if i want to watch something and she is within range it automatically sends to her hearing aids. She was in the garden close by the other day. How can we make it so that it doesn't automatically connect? Thanks
Its a bit puzzling;: my Tv connector stopped working recently. I checked all connections and tried to pair, but what I am getting is a solid (not flashing) light blue on the LED. And no sound. Is the transmitter toast??

Hello Matthew ! 1.,Why is bluetooth weak in the Phonak device? 2.,Why do you have to buy this for +100 euros? 3.,Why are you looking for the signal that google chromcast gives? 4.,Not even a 20-euro earphone can do that! 5.,You have to re-pair when changing movies! 6.,looking for the signal...a....e....a...um....ahm....eh...
My dad just moved in and wants to use this on our TV, but I cannot get this to work without cutting sound from the TV ( I own a Vizio smart TV). I also have a soundbar connected. Does anyone know how to connect the soundbar and the transmitter to the TV to get this to work? What should the TV settings be set to? Please help, my Dad won't use the transmitter because he feels guilty taking the sound away and I feel bad because he can't hear the TV.
I don't need any extra connection box for pairing my earbuds, so why can't I pair my Bluetooth hearing aids to my tv just like I did with my smartphone? Did a scan and paired without issues. Yet you want me to purchase some extra tedious apparatus to pair to the TV. This is just plain stupid!
I have 2 Smart TV’s, but apparently not smart enough as they do not allow simultaneous dual audio when the optical connection is made… thus no TV speakers sound with simultaneous Bluetooth to TV connector . Any solution shy of purchasing a new TV? Why don’t the hearing aids pair directly to Bluetooth without the TV Connector?
What if anything is a workaround when your TV only outputs Dolby Digital when viewing ATSC digital TV. There is no option to switch to PCM on this Panasonic LCD TV. This device will not accept Dolby Digital.
No no no no no that's not how you do it you just get a game out and play it and click the TV thing which makes your videos on the TV so you don't even have to click it videos on the TV you can just do the same thing with the game yes that's the right thing to do so haha your trip does not work

Don't press and hold. Just press and release the button.

It's so other people can also hear the tv and the sound is not solely being sent to your hearing aids. It's not stupid.
