Duke Nukem 3D does not need GAPI to work, it can be disabled by going to DUKE3D.cfg and changing the parameter from "UsingGapi = 1" to "UsingGapi = 0"
Interesting, shame I don't know of any way to play nukem without a keyboard or mouse.

do you know any software to see information about my device's processor? preferably in .exe and not in .CAB
I tried ResInfo and it showed the cpu of my device. ResInfo is available in both CAB and EXE format. Curiously TCPMP also shows the cpu model.

@@eliaschnl Thank you so much I appreciate it, have you gotten Doom to run by some coincidence, and do you know how to delete programs you can’t delete, on the device or PC, because I don’t have permission. I wanna get rid of the software this GPS ran on in hopes that it boots into Windows on every boot and it stops resetting the entire OS on boot.

Could that GAPI software be used to change the screen orientation? Also in doing so if it's possible, would you be able to run a pocketpc application, this is assuming you have the dlls needed to, and not have it go off screen?
Funnily I was just playing around with gapi settings! The gapi setup allows you to flip the screen and also change resolution. Oh and for me Duke nukem won't run correctly without the gapi emulation checked. I don't know about pocketpc apps but for me almost all ARM and StrongARM apps have run ok.
@@eliaschnl that's interesting. From what I've been able to read up on the main issue with trying to run some pocketpc apps on handheld PC 2000, or any other version of CE that's not pocketpc, and such is not having the dlls, which I think is pretty easy to grab them and have them in ram, and then the applications not fitting on their screens bc these devices tended to have very short screens. I didn't know there existed an application that could reorient and change the resolution, this means that the last hurdle should be taken care of! I can't wait to get my devices and start testing these things out. Also I have to find my old GPS and see if it's runs windows CE underneath the skin.

Olá, desculpe pelo atraso na resposta. Corri os arquivos CAB como arquivos exe. Não fiz nenhuma modificação no sistema operacional. Notei que alguns arquivos exe e CAB não rodaram. Alguns programas requerem uma determinada CPU ou sistema operacional. (Google Tradutor)
