Aim at the smallest spot possible. Made my misses smaller. After 45 years of golf, this 7 handicapper is shooting 3 handicap scores. My problem has always been the chatter from Self 1 interfering with Self 2. (Tim Gallwey, “Inner Golf.”) Thank you for this! PenguinGolf
Matt: I've been watching your videos about a year. The mental approach and carefree attitude you have shown have helped tremendously. I've been a 8 handicap for most of the last 15 years. I've gotten down to a 5 this year. I also had my best round in a club tournament this year. 66 on a par 70. I beat the field in a 2 man bb. Keep it up mate - having a ball watching and bringing the lessons to the course!
Michele explaining the alignment with the spot in the distance and the spot in front of the ball was brilliant. I have heard both ways explained but never together. Probably the best tip on RUclips!
Matt, nice play. Michele is a fantastic teacher. Her game and attitude are great. Well done. I think you are right that the ladies have a definite attitude and mind tolerance for golf. They play beautifully.
Every round is playing what you've brought that day. The range lessons are important, but as you've shown in the past videos and now this series with Michelle, each shot, and the next shot, are all you can focus on. Make your best choice, commit to it, swing. She's good, makes the game simple.
Very useful video. More than all the videos that we can find on RUclips regarding technics. I am convinced that this Michelle mindset is much more powerful for low scores. Very nice video Matt !
Keep up the lessons and practice Mat. It will come good. Have faith that the journey will lead you down the right path. You have a great coach, good friends and others like Michele to help you on the way. You go Playa!
I'm finally taking lessons. If player in chief can humble himself it was time for me also. Wish I hadn't waited so long to admit I needed to fix somethings if I wanted to improve more.
I got that advice from a Challenge tour pro " play it like it's a brand new hole" every hole creates it's own challenges so forget about the last one, I sure would love a on course lesson from Michelle 👍
Ive not played more than 5 founds in 6 years, but you have inspired me to get back out there again, thank you both, ill be rejoining a club soon and look forward to playing more
Wow... I just watched the 2 Michele Low videos and I'm blown away. Some of the things she is saying seem so obvious when she says it but I had never thought of. I look forward to my round this weekend to try some of the things she taught you. A+
Team: this channel really helps your game and can slash strokes off you're game. My brotha i shot an 89 yesterday at Diablo creek golf course in California.. I'm use to shooting in the 100's and high 90's. Keep it up boys!
Haha! Coming to your videos now and really enjoying. Lionel Ritchie!!! And I loved “my new 60 deg creates spin like a politician” haha!!! Really getting a lot of great mental tips from your videos - perfect.
Extremely helpful information in this video. Michele is great! Her attitude and patience in explaining her thought process is something I can take to my next round.
I like Michelle's advices a lot - really pragmatic and specific - great stuff....and on a different note, your ball contact has changed dramatically, congrats!
One other tip on reading putts! Finding the high point of the green is a good one, but also read the surrounding terrain up to about 100 yards out. Best example is if you're playing a course near a mountain or very large hill, and the green is near the base of the mountain / hill, that is going to highly influence the put regardless of what it looks like while standing on the green. The reason is that the land settles over time, so no matter how level the ground looks on that green, it's going to be sloping away from the mountaint. Once you add this into your routine and get a feel for how much it can affect a putt, a lot of the mysteries of why a putt broke a certain way become much clearer (things like "all putts break to the river, or the highway, etc...). Keep on planting birdies sir! :)
Dude love your video's. I needed this today. Played Pebble yesterday and it intimidated the shit outta me. Worst round of my life. I'm gonna try and use that "dont let anything distract you vibes now"
I played my best round of golf ever last weekend during a tournament. All thanks to you Matt and Michele.. Aim small was the philosophy I took to the course and Man did it work!!! Thanks guys
Most practical tips video of many great videos you have ever done. Especially liked the three alignment points: Landing place, small target way in the distance to eliminate "noise in head" and short target for club face. All three in a line. Brilliant!
Great content! Have seen some of your vids in the past, but just found these with Michele. Really valuable info. I think of pro golfers as having the skill to be able to be aggressive, but she's really weighing the penalty of each shot and controlling exposure. Good stuff. Subscribed.
Love your channel Matt! You got my wife, two sons and I going with golf here in Adelaide! The brown snake on Sunday arvo was a bit challenging but so was my 3 wood might keep to the iron on the narrows for now
Great video Matt!! I know for me if I haven't played in a while I want to hit the range before I play so I can see where my shots are going on that day. Lot of good tips from Michele!!
Really enjoying your videos. They're helping me break through some frustration with my own game, especially with some good nuggets of info in your recent lessons. And the courses look amazing...looking forward to golfing in KL someday.
Matt, I took last week off and played two rounds with my father and my mothers sister. It turns out it was the last rounds of the season as it is now snowing here in Nova Scotia. I don't remember the score only the laughs we had. It is definitely about the journey! Cheers Playa
Took a lesson from an x-minitour player a few years back & he said to always identify the high & low "anchor" points of a green as you walk up to it to get an overview of the green's slope.
I found that having a preshot routine just makes me more anxious about hiring s good shot. So now I just walk to the ball, look at where I want to put it, and swing. Easy Life, no over analizing and getting stressed for it
Thats brilliant playa and that is your specific routine and it works. That is exactly what I hope people get out of the channel. Do it your way and dont let anyone deter you IF IT WORKS
Aim at the smallest spot possible.

This woman is the complete opposite of my playing partner....in every way!! Great mental tips and approach to course mgmt.
"It seems like golf is not about hitting a golf shot. It’s about distracting yourself with other stuff and in the process, hitting it." AMEN BROTHER
Been playing golf over 30 years and at today years old learned i shouldn't be thinking much about golf - while playing golf. Wild.
Michele explaining the alignment with the spot in the distance and the spot in front of the ball was brilliant. I have heard both ways explained but never together. Probably the best tip on RUclips!
I could listen to Michelle all day👏👏
Just love watching this guy swing the golf club. Simple, pure swing - he makes it look it easy!
Matt, nice play. Michele is a fantastic teacher. Her game and attitude are great.
Well done.
I think you are right that the ladies have a definite attitude and mind tolerance for golf.
They play beautifully.
I have a new teacher. Thank you Michelle. Love your teaching and please keep it coming.
Ms Low explains very well the concept she is teaching. An excellent instructor.

I just subscribed to Michele's channel.
I love how she calmly explains the intricacies of actually playing golf.
Can't wait to be a Playa! 😎
Watching Michelle work with you has been very enlightening. I’ve learned a lot from your videos with her that I can take to the course.
We need more of this with Michele. ❤
Michele is a very good and patient teacher
Subscribed to Michele’s page! Love these videos
One of the best playing lessons. Michele is a great instructor and coach. Awesome post Matt, thank you for sharing.
Very useful video. More than all the videos that we can find on RUclips regarding technics. I am convinced that this Michelle mindset is much more powerful for low scores.
Very nice video Matt !
Smart, well spoken, and easy on the eyes!
I could take wisdom from her on a daily basis!!...
Love ball below the feet tip..
Oh yeah... Say you Say me Lionel Richie!!..
Dude.. were you born in 69?
Keep up the lessons and practice Mat. It will come good. Have faith that the journey will lead you down the right path. You have a great coach, good friends and others like Michele to help you on the way. You go Playa!
It's nice to know that the stress-free guru stresses out from time to time. It's very relatable and looking forward to how you build out your recovery
This lady is one of the best coaches I've seen on YT, or anywhere else actually - clear and focussed, absolutely brilliant.
My thoughts exactly. I'd love to have an on course golf lesson from her.
I'm finally taking lessons. If player in chief can humble himself it was time for me also. Wish I hadn't waited so long to admit I needed to fix somethings if I wanted to improve more.
Ego squashed results to follow. Beast
Tiger Woods has lessons bro 🙌 keep it up.
Can't wait for Michele no. 3! Very simple approach but you need the skills to apply too.
I got that advice from a Challenge tour pro " play it like it's a brand new hole" every hole creates it's own challenges so forget about the last one, I sure would love a on course lesson from Michelle 👍
Michele low is an amazing coach - she keeps it simple
Your vids with her are great! Love the break down and thought process discussion beforw the shots. So helpful.
Ive not played more than 5 founds in 6 years, but you have inspired me to get back out there again, thank you both, ill be rejoining a club soon and look forward to playing more
These lessons help me so much - shot a 96 today but a 45 on the back! Let the good times roll!
Wow... I just watched the 2 Michele Low videos and I'm blown away. Some of the things she is saying seem so obvious when she says it but I had never thought of. I look forward to my round this weekend to try some of the things she taught you. A+
Whadda mindset on Michele, great playa and mentor. Pro chip on hole 3 mate, well done.
I'm thoroughly enjoying these video series.
These type of videos are the best instruction we can get. Michel is a great teacher and these on course vids are so good.

Extremely helpful information in this video. Michele is great! Her attitude and patience in explaining her thought process is something I can take to my next round.
The Soft U is the baus tip of this video. The 3 alignment points is 1st runner up. Love it.
Michelle Low has great videos. Great teacher. Thanks Matt.
Michelle Low is a great instructor! Thanks for sharing.
Finally broke 80 today at my local course after watching your videos for months, wadda life
She make it so simple,l really am enjoying these video's
Excellent, excellent video playa!! I could re-watch it "All night long.....all night....all night...all night looong."
Such valuable information thanks to you both , my search for single digits gets closer
Yup yup, love the cuteness, enthusiasm and positivity! So eloquent and gracious with her knowledge. Thank you.
She is an awesome instructor. Great lesson!

What a joy to watch this video! Great work.
This alignment tip has helped my accuracy and ballflight tremendously
HIT your practice shots NEXT to the ball! ❤. Love these videos, great content, cheers from Finland!
Wow, Michele Low is awesome.
With foam in the cup and the pin in, I consider it a good putt most of the time if it hits the flag. This was one of your best videos. Thanks.
Met her and challenged the pro during Omega Trophy last year at TPC. Very nice person.🙏👍
Wow, what a fantastic video. Love your attitude, Matt, and Michele is a great teacher.
Great vid playa!

Good insight. Always good to hear people articulate well how they approach the game.
You the man, appreciate your videos, for all of us out there with a day job. Golf clap...
Thank you Michelle! And playa
I'm new to your channel and glad I found it. There are not many channels teaching course management and mind set. Thanks
These on-course videos are so helpful, thank you both!
Been awesome watching you really step your game up these past few months.
Thanks playa, we will get there slowly!
Michele is the golf whisperer. God dayum she makes sense and reveals just how dumb we really are week after week.
Great series of vids Matt 👍😎
It's become must see content for me... love it.

Congratulations on the improved swing, Lionel. Also nice to see you aren't hopeless inside 60 yards anymore. :-)
12:04 🤯🤯 for me, i never thought about uphill lies moving right to left
I loved the little song adaptation from Lionel Richie :)
Will use that on my nect rounds :)
Lionel Ritchie! Love the channel, man!
This was just what I needed. My mental is very bad.
