Hi Horizon, can you machine your pieces to fit together easily...? putting the console on the masts was one of the more annoying things ive ever had to do, no matter what i did there were huge ugly gaps between where (it looks like) they should fit snugly together, but after everything was tightened up and even after trying use a rubber mallet and cloth there are still like a 1/4" gap.

Man!!! I am currently having the same problem!!! Reallh unhappy abouy it...ive pryed and pulled and pushed and cannot get it to align even the design CLEARLY indicates its supposed to. The store also told me they would not accept a return.... Wtf!!!
The video was definitely helpful. I followed along with it and got everything assembled. A few notes: 1. This treadmill is built well. Solid iron frame, and all around quality parts. 2. Feeding the wires through the arm frame was a PITA. I wish there was a better way / design there…perhaps simple connectors at the top and bottom. 3. Took me around 2-2.5 hours total. 4. Folding the treadmill is fairly easy, and it seems sturdy when folded. The piston holding it seems fine, and the locking / unlocking mechanism is easy to use. 5. VERY responsive to speed and incline adjustments, and it does so quickly. I’m actually blown away by how fast it adjusts. 6. Pulse monitors on the arms feels a bit low, I’m 5’10”. 7. Media tray is ok, would be nice is it had a bit more depth. Overall - this is a fantastic treadmill, and I’m glad we got this one. 🏃🏼♂️

Which model did you get? I'm not sure if the 7.0 will be sufficient for me? I'm 5'9 260lbs and usually run at 6mph steady and do in the 8-9mph range when i do some intervals. I'm in between purchasing the 7.0 and the 7.4. Do you bump into the arms while running, ive read that that could be an issue.
@@DAjugRnaut I got the 7.0 and I’ve only bumped the dials in front of me that change the speed when I’m running too close to them. Otherwise I have plenty of room and don’t feel cramped at all.
Thank you very much for your suggestions, and I apologize for the delayed response. We have a general maintenance video available for your reference, and we will also include this in the video description. Thank you! ruclips.net/video/hwIotxMkQVM/видео.htmlfeature=shared

I’m going to be moving homes and prefer not take take everything apart. Could I technically just unplug the console cable ( like it shows at 13:41) and unscrew the bolts on the bottom of each side support and simply move it in 2 parts?
@@anthonyjuhlin1586I took it apart. When you pull out the electrical cable get a strong thin rope through and leave it in place so when you get home you can pull the electrical cable through with the rope again. That was the most annoying part of it all.
I think a voiceover instead of music would have been better
Thank you for your suggestions. We will consider adding voiceover in the future to provide everyone with a better experience.

@@ericbartha6313hey Eric, did you ever figure this problem out? I’m struggling with this.
Facing the same problem!
Same here. I thought I was the only one with this problem 😂

Hi Horizon! can you upload a General Maintenance video for 7.4AT Treadmill? Unfortunately, there is no link attach on the video description. Thanks!

Mine came with a cross bar that needs to be installed before the Console. I assume it is to fix a stress problem.
I may be inspired to put it together myself instead of getting help.
How did that go??
We're glad to know our videos were helpful. I hope everything goes smoothly with your assembly.

Did you have any luck disassembling it into 2 pieces and moving it? Looking to buy a used one and need to move it from the persons home.

Good video, but the start shows the box being carried by two people. Not possible for normal humans!
Me and my wife muscled it into our house 😅
