Earlier this morning before I watched this video - I realized the simplest way to floss DAILY and implement a new skincare routine is to do my 'night routine' immediately after dinner, before I get too tired to do them before bed... and look at you suggesting solutions for the bottleneck in routines! Game changer. I always love your actionable tips to simplify life! I love your spin on the 2025 bingo board and I think this is how I'm going to view mine. It's amazing what problems we can solve subconsciously - the other day I had a dream I was in a therapy session with my therapist - when I woke up, I was like WHOA! That advice is actually super helpful.

Albert Einstein said " :The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift. We will not solve the problems of the world from the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. More than anything else, this new century demands new thinking: We must change our materially based analyses of the world around us to include broader, more multidimensional perspectives".

I love how you put these ideas in a clear and somewhat exciting list!
I realized I kinda implement cycle + bandaid/cull approaches grouped together without knowing or naming them :)
Also... were you the one to share a cleaning routine divided into weeks? Like, e.g. week A - floors & surfaces, week B - bathroom & kitchen, etc? That was life-changing! And it was the idea that actually helped me ease into life cycles, aka realize that on weeks B my floors won't be super clean and that's FINE!
And, a bit controversary to cycles, I do bandaid/cull as a reset. I tend to have a to-do list in my phone notes, and it inevitably grows faster than I check things off. I know the 'GTD' approach is to always put everything on paper/note to free your mind from these 'secret' tasks. But sometimes it gets too overwhelming even looking at this list, and I just delete the note and forget about half the tasks that were there, and surprisingly the sun still rises! :)
Then eventually I know I'd create another note, but I think I can make peace with this cycle of notes, too :)

That’s fascinating that your washing machine didn’t come with a loud timer as standard. Mine is so loud and repetitive I end up shouting back at the machine “I know you are finished shut up”.
