Girl you saved dinner tonight. I just had the short ribs and used red wine vinegar. Then incorporated sesame seeds into the spice mix. So far it’s tasting delicious. Your recipes always come thru 🫶🏽

First I must say your makeup is perfect! I grew up with my mom putting brisket in the oven so it could cook overnight low and slow. I am more apt to slow cook in the oven than on the stovetop. Love this idea!

I do beef birria in a pressure cooker (fall-apart tender in 90 minutes) but it's largely the same recipe, and no matter how you cook it, birria is amazing.
I love braised meats in the oven. especially short ribs. I can only imagine how good this tastes. The combination of rib meat and chuck is a winner. You did it again girl.
100% I’m trying. I love your recipes have tried a few like 3-4 with slight tweaks sometimes can’t find the exact ingredients or cuts of meat ect. But everyone that try’s my food you’re recipe is in love.

Honestly this is the best recipe I did last night and I made two small I need to go buy a much bigger roast I had some meat that I had in the freezer but it’s more for like Kearny Asada tacos it was already chopped up in small pieces so I just use that and it still came out good really tender for about two hours but I need a chuck roast

I tried the instapot barbacoa that you posted. I used venison instead of beef. It turned out GREAT! Ill definitely try this oven birria.
