This might sound weird but...two days ago I got tested positive for COVID-19 and I felt Disgusting and in pain. I’m so grateful to have a spiritual mother she made me teas,food,massage, and Reiki and let me tell you it helped I’m on my third day and feel amazing (still positive tho) I do have my random moments were I feel sick. I wish people had help like I had my mother. I’m very grateful🤧

It is 2 years later I hope you and your family are all well. I have Covid now and Im really scared. I never felt this bad. I cannot drive. I keep falling asleep and am very dizzy plus worst headache ever. I just want to thank you for your sacrifice to make this video ( it is obvious how sick you are) and thinking of others to help us. I made my notes to get items delivered TY. I will make vegan Cocido and a Spicy lentil soup and sleep a lot. 💡Doc said sleep on your stomach not your back for sake of lungs and use an air purifier.
💡Eat grapes chew and swallow skin til bitter, dark chocolate , avoid all dairy and sugar.
Drink Green tea with all you added warm all day.👍 If urine color of tea drink more you need to excrete the virus.
I also use raw garlic in a shot glass 1clove, pressed and add 1tbl ACVinegar, 1tsp ea tumeric, pinch blk pepper + sea salt every day before lunch. Just swallow fast.

I thought I had developed bone cancer because my legs hurt so much. I didn't want to go to the doctor but I ended up having to when I started spinning uncontro;;ably with vertigo & had to go in an ambulance to the hospital--vomiting too. 1 in 5 get gastrointestinal symptoms/vertigo which is not just dizziness--horrible instability on feet. Beware of all these symptoms! This man is so correct. Thank you.

Foods to avoid that cause excessive mucous in the body: corn products, caffeine, wheat, soy products, all forms of sugar, fried foods, dairy, cheese, sodas, white flour, tobacco, eggs, processed food, alcohol, and meats.

I also had Covid and had respiratory issues.. the vitamins is imperative and together with it steam and breathe in the steam..you can add eucalyptus or cloves .
Eat what is Indians eat called moongh dhall..this is so rich in nutrients and will give you stamina. You have to increase your proteins hence lentils are a must.
I am a vegetarian hence these vegetable based foods. During this period the body needs to be kept light so eating meat is heavy for the body.

STEAMING ..Do breathing exercises..

Please steam turnips ( shalgham) and eat a lot of that too. If you boil it, drink the water too. Oregano and rosemary are anti inflammatory too! Anyone with a Costco or Trader Joe’s can get Menuka honey or raw honey (it is not heated or refined). Sleep with you head and back elevated ( semi sitting position)so liquids don’t collect in your lungs and add to the congestion. For those who cannot find quince seeds, unsulfured dried apricots can be used. Either soak in warm water and sip or just eat the dry fruit. Again, you can find organic unsulfured dried fruit apricots in Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods.

I am recovering from Covid. I had such bad headaches, fever for four days, stomach cramps, fatigue, now I have this vesicular rash on my body. Today is officially seven days and I’m still coughing, but I’m feeling way better. I’m trying to eat healthy, taking airborne, sitting out in the sun, but it’s taking too long. I did not think about taking turmeric so I’m going to start. Thank you for your video.
