I made 3 variations of cutter. I have explained lil bit in the video. But the last one is very simple ... You can use few set of washer , stack them in two set and put cutter in between as per the thickness of strip required. This arrangement worked well for me. So i 3d printed circular part to replace washers.. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any doubt. There are lot of video on making strips But this was simple and easy to build.
One of my problems is that I don’t have access to this type of engine, and it’s not available in my country. Could you please suggest a similar engine or tell me exactly what specifications the required engine should have?

Then there is heater, temperature controller with relay for heating element. Rest all can be easily sourced

And can you tell me about setting of temperature for 0.4mm nozzle if we drill 1.5 mm more on nozzel end then what is range of temprature we set kimdly tell
This are the settings for 3d printing I used prusa slicer with bed temperature of 70 degree Celsius and nozzle temperature 250 degrees Celsius. For bed adhesion i used normal glue stick evenly applied to bed. This setting for filament extrusion from 1.5 mm diameter hole on modified nozzle Initial temperature of 130 degree Celsius for feeding filament. And 200 degree for making filament
You can use the set up which uses stepper motors. But it involves coding and other electronics arrangement. You can try using 2 smaller geared motor. The one which comes with plastic gears or servos with 360 degree rotation.
Bro tell me one thing is 0.4mm dia of hot end nozzle is produce 1.75mm dia filament or not means how much dia of nozzle we used for 1.75mm filament dia produce
0.4 mm diameter nozzle was drilled with 1.5 mm drill on smaller diameter end and 3-4 mm diameter hole on the other side from where the plastic strip enters the nozzle
And can you tell me about setting of temperature for 0.4mm nozzle if we drill 1.5 mm more on nozzel end then what is range of temprature we set kimdly tell
Really excellent. I was wondering, since you extrude the PET twice, if you could make flat PET and print that directly. The retraction and feed would maybe be a bit tricky as I guess retraction would need to enter a preheated chamber that accepted the flat
Flat PET may involve lot of calibration and arrangement. Since i used Bowden tube extruder it may be difficult to get pass through. I used 2mm diameter filament first but was not going through Bowden tube then i got 1.5mm hole this worked well. Let me give it a thought 🤔 if i can work something around that.. Thank you 👍🏻
PET plastics can be safely used as food contact material. However, misuse of PET bottles can result in release of greater amount of chemical substances. They may also deform when contact temperature reaches 70oC from Google. Since we are already heating it twice that temperature it may not be appropriate for storing food & who knows if some toxins might be stored in between layers of object printed. There's even problem with food safe material also . The recent micro plastic study in blood/water bottles Results were reported on January 8, 2024, in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. The researchers found that, on average, a liter of bottled water included about 240,000 tiny pieces of plastic. About 90% of these plastic fragments were nanoplastics.

Yup bro initially it happened due to less temperature of nozzle which was 240 degrees Celsius on my ender 3v2. But when i heated up nozzle temperature to 250 degrees Celsius it extruded like butter. I used prusa slicer with bed temperature of 70 degree Celsius and nozzle temperature 250 degrees Celsius. For bed adhesion i used normal glue stick evenly applied to bed. Hope this clarifies all your doubts.
There is a setting called extrusion multiplier. I had stock extruder on my ender3 v2. Which didn't work for 1.5 mm extruded pet filament. Then for PET filament you just make test print with extrusion rate 1.4/1.5/2 times the normal since pet filament are hollow inside.

You have to adjust the temperature depending on the type of plastic being used. Amd few trails because it depends on how you have set up the temperature sensor. Yes bro, I haven't mentioned this because it is different for type of nozzle , heating cartridge and also its how it is arranged For me while i feed filament i kept it 130 degrees Celsius Then heat upto 200 degrees Celsius for extruding... @3Delite028 That would be revolutionary if you could. But I understand it is not easy.
I totally agreed, cut to size and feed the flat PET directly. you will need to accommodate a different feed mechanism depending on the 3D printer,.
