Hi. I want to ask only. What with an electricity consumption? You must pay eletricity for heat gun, compressor and machine. Its still cheaper to make own filament as buy it? On another side, there is no PET filament in shop and then its not so much waste from bottles.
Hi there. Looks like a much more elegant design than the machine I designed. One question tho. How thick is your strip that you get from bottles? My cutter makes the 8mm strips but it results in a larger hole inside the filament that I would like (I compensate with increased flow) but most importantly, I cannot splice it because it unwinds when heated to melt.
