Thank you so very much! I have been subscribed for approximately 3 weeks and I love how the practice and exercises you share make my body feel. I’m a senior at 68 years old, with a body and spirit that has faced some rough and depleting times since 2013 - my partner passed, I was in a fairly traumatic car wreck, soon after was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma, have been i chemotherapy, and then broke my hip. I am taking a Tao Chi class twice a week here in town and now have added some of your exercises 2 x per day! Again, thank you so much and for the impact following and participating along with you is having on my mind and body!

Ive been doing your qigong videos for a couple of weeks now i have weak back muscles and back pain and ptsd and i am finding them helpful with my pain and body. I am finding it is releasing stuff for me is this normal? These are really helping me with my pain also cant wait to start doing more

This was so good! I loved the written prompts, especially the reminder to focus on the pleasure of motion. When I used to do tai chi with a live instructor, there wasn't much pleasure--just a lot of concentration and frustration trying to get each movement and the sequence exactly right. I'm having a lot of sleep issues---don't know if this would help right before bed or whether it would still be too arousing, but I enjoyed doing it in the late afternoon. Thanks for all the great videos! Love your style.
Sleep problems are endemic today due to technology that disrupts our circadian rhythm and overall biological function; it is greatly disturbed by wireless technologies and blue light from LEDs, fluorescent lighting and screens. Blue-light filters on screens can help, as blue-blocking glasses, and turning off any wireless device.

I liked how she led looking at the hand. It's like being weightless flowing with a gentle current.
