    we are going to Osaka, Kyoto and Fukuoka in late November to First weeek of December, which onsen do you recommend {on a budget}? It's our first time going to Japan.

    I would like to see the festivals in fall but am worried about the public transportation, is it easy or we have to plan well?

      I would definitely just check before your trip so you're not blindsided by anything when you get here, especially if the festival is outside a city. But, for the most part, public transport should be pretty easy.
