Playability matters more than quality. No need for ultra settings to play at 20 fps. Better medium settings at 50-60 fps. Also 50 average fps is useless when you're actually playing at 17 fps. Show realtime fps not average. Average fps includes the 300 fps when the game is loading at the beginning. So not helpful.

Your Gpu core clock frequency is pretty low it never went above 1145 and normally for a sapphire nitro+ 580 it's 1411mhz and also expectations in games for fps are pretty low compared to how actually an Rx 580 performs

This is an RX 580 4GB, not the 8GB version, and I haven't overclocked it, so the GPU test results remain unchanged.

the core clock is too low. I have a rx480 with 4gb and the framerate is a lot better. Check if something wrong or maybe not well configured.
