    Thank you for this great reminder - I’m a grandma in my 80’s and it’s so important to put all those painful things aside, where God deals with it and in His good time reveals Himself, something I still have to do continually. But God gives grace to put them aside as you point out Sir, and gives us purpose and deep joy to carry on! Yes, “Rejoice in the Lord always,”. May God continue to comfort and bless you and your whole family in the sudden death of your young son!

    Thank you Tim for this reminder!
    Our tendency is to look back and rehearse our loses but as believers in Christ we must strain forward to christlikeness and plead with Him to ease the pain from the loses we experience.
    He has done that for me many times. It’s by His grace that we could go on and pursue holiness and please Him with our lives .
