  • The Model Y is very efficient and we wanted to put that to the test against one of the most efficient EVs on the market, the VW e-UP. We drove them both behind each other at identical speeds in identical conditions and even the drivers weigh the exact same so it's as fair as it gets.

    Good test to show how efficient the Tesla is. "UP is more efficient" is a gross understatement, as the 300bhp 2 tons car is definitely more efficient than an 80 BHP wheing half, if the difference is 0.7 kW/H

    Considering weight, Tesla is more efficient. Considering price, VW is more efficient.

    The Up! is way way more efficient, I average under 10kwh/100km with mine for mixed driving. I bet those silly oversized wheels you have put on this one are absolutely killing the efficiency

      @@justinholding02 we have 2 E-Ups, the other one is bone stock and it gets the same consumption, the wheels don't seem to have made much impact but I'm sure there is a difference
