    Laura, have you considered using a lazy Susan when planting from behind? You can just easily turn it to check and keep on keepin on

    I was in Home Depot this past weekend and saw so many pretty succulents and immediately thought of you.. i never really paid them any attention before.

    Can you do a video on how you care for your succulents in the winter? Thanks

    tongue depressors or popsicle sticks work well for tamping down the soil..they are thin enough to fit between the plants without damaging them..I use them when making my arrangements.

    Those just may be the cutest little arrangements I've ever seen. Saw some metal containers similar to those at Hobby Lobby. Thanks for the great ideas!

    I am so glad I watched this. I have a large grouping of Euphorbia Anoplia. Before this video I had no idea what kind of cactus it was!

    So many beautiful containers have no drain holes. Do you suggest just making your own? Many thanks and I've been watching your work since you did a taping where you
    work. How lucky you are to get plants wholesale! You do GREAT work.

      +Jesse Betsill Thank you for the sweet comment! :) I do recommend drilling drainage holes if possible (we have a few videos on it)! It's easy and the plants will be happier!

    The name of the plant you were not sure of is called Sedum reflexum 'Angelina'. Is there anyway you can let me know where I can obtain greening pin and that large syringe you use to water. You are very talented with these plants. I love your you tubes.

    Hey! How do you plant cactuses or how do you push the soil down, like isn't it painful when you hold them (like you did in this video), are you use to it or do you have some kind of trick?

    • @gardenanswer
      @gardenanswer  8 лет назад +1

      +Andres L I use the non-marker end of a sharpie pen to help push the soil around the roots! Works like a charm! :)

    have hens and chicks crammed in little hanging buckets with sedum....they are turning a dark color and and are in full sun.......should i transplant...plus I water too much i think

    • @gardenanswer
      @gardenanswer  8 лет назад +1

      +Nancy Breeden Sometimes the sunlight will intensify the color of succulents. If the plants look healthy otherwise, I wouldn't change what you're doing! :)

      SWEET!!!! thank you!! I love your videos!! you inspired me to do my first fairy garden:) I saw one of your videos on succulents and the succulents I was talking about are in metal buckets hanging, but they look really crowded. and instead of growing out they aew growing upwards...so I think ill transplant them.You are awesome !! keep up the great work!!
