I love this truck and the EX-07, the thrill of runnin 45mph on a grass field with the DBX-07 and sliding around a parking lot at 50+ mph with the EX-07 is priceless!
Watching this for the 3rd time. I know you have a lot of content in the works. But I would love to see a “long term” update on some of your RCs. - DBX07, DBX10, SCT410.3 Thanks for the insights!!
Man I tell you I wait for your RUclips videos like I wait for my paycheck I love your content..... But do I disagree with some of the commentary you say ...yea on occasion.. BUT at the end of the day you're on point.. And have more useful real world information about the hobby the cars and set up than anybody on RUclips...
WOW! Thank you very much for the complements. Receiving comments like this makes doing all this work worthwhile. BTW, any time you have a different view, please drop a comment. I'm always willing to listen to another opinion or look at things from another point of view. I've gotten many tips from viewers that I passed on in a later video. Regards, CJ
I was watching you do jumps when all of a sudden I realized you’re at the Lake Fairfax Park pump track where I take my Kraton 8S! In fact I met you there when you were about to fly a Radian or something!
Hi Ali, we met once a few weeks back. I was there with my wife filming a small glider. We talked about your Krayton and RC in general. We should get together sometime! We swapped numbers... I'll give you a call this week. Thanks for watching! CJ
Yep shocks are too springy. You should make some more videos of a baseline jump then how changing the springs changes the jumping ability or landing. Would be a good comparison video which everybody loves.
That's a great idea, thank you. I'll have to see if I can put that together... the temps here are dropping fast. I'm hoping for some snow to challenge this truck.
@@MyRCChannel-CJScott I'd put in some 50-80wt shock oil would definitely help. Also another owner said his shocks were only half full on a couple of them so definitely take a look to check 👍
Unfortunately I haven’t had the chance to run any of my buggies or trucks, or fly any planes since last year. We’ve been moving into a new house. Dealing with my mother’s passing. Taking care of my parents estate, etc…. I have a lot of kits on deck and will be making videos again as soon as we get settled. Thanks for watching! CJ
HAPPY NEW YEAR..IM BACKKK.. No but all serious hope all is well with you ..again I'm enjoying your content you know I bought DB X10 based off of everything you've shown in your videos so here I am thinking of buying another ZD racing DBX07.. will you be doing anything on the diffs looking at the diffs breaking that down ...I think that would really be great because of it also help people that have the EX07 just to thought hope all is well
Happy New Year to you too. I've been out of the loop the past 3-4 weeks too. Yes, I will be doing more on the 07. When I ran it in the snow, I broke/threw a rear dogbone and broke a shock shaft. I'll be doing some repair and upgrade videos. It will be a couple weeks before that parts arrive and another week or two for me to do the work and cut the video. Here's a link to the latest video on the DBX-07: ruclips.net/video/Lx1ghNHBdVk/видео.html
I hadn't considered that... I'll have to check it out. Maybe do some experiments with added weight. The weather has taken a turn for the cold and wet, but I've got the batteries and an ESC box to see how 8S makes it perform. But, seeing how crazy fast it already is, I don't think I'll end up recommending upgrading to 8S unless you've already got the batteries... maybe not even then. Getting the programming box for the ESC is a definite must. Here's a link to that item: Hobbywing LED Program Card www.amainhobbies.com/hobbywing-led-program-card-hwa30501003/p-qeakt2kqhzqxactz
Well, it’s not true to scale, but considering that it comes with two high capacity 3s lipos and radio, it is worth the price. Most cars this size are close to $1000 and don’t include batteries.
😅 zd racing DBX 10 brushless ,It's not worth it for $300 because. Put another $100 you can buy a really good RC car, like the Traxxas Rustler.... I don't say this is not a good car. it's a nice car but that kind of money is too expensive for Chinese car... I would rather go fo r Traxxas Rustler for that money... 😊
Hey, you are entitled to buy whatever you want. Part of the appeal of this buggy, the DBX-07 is the size. Like the DBX-10, both come with batteries... after you add the cost of a lipo, the price is about the same. I would prefer/recommend a Traxxas because they are much higher quality and their parts are available at most hobby stores. They are also built better. If you watch my videos on both the 10 & 07, you'll see that I had to almost completely rebuild both buggies, especially the 10 which had badly assembled shocks and diffs. But, the ZD Racing cars are popular with my audience so I am covering them. I've gotten a lot of run time and had a lot of fun with both the 10 and the 07... however I focus my time on racing and the high end cars that are appropriate for competition vs bashing. Thanks for watching and commenting! CJ

Replace stock wheel hex nuts with regular 17mm ones.
Nuts that are not capped…
Mate you sound like Johnny dept
Seems it is nose heavy.
