I try to make it easier to make better choices. If I have meals or snacks pre-made and ready to go, it is easier to stick to and easier to pack up and take with me. Meals out are so expensive, so I am the queen of picnics and purse snacks. I walk every morning and it's convenient and free. Kids sleep better with all the fresh air and exercise too when they come.
I've become better at taking snacks out in my bag. Especially for the kids. Trying to get put and about in this weather can be hard but need to make the effort xx
Well done on a loss over the last 3 weeks instead of a gain👍 walking is a great way to exercise....all that lovely fresh air too. I need to lose 3lbs to get into the next stone bracket down. Seems like I've been trying for ever, but I WILL do it. We can all do this together....so many supportive comments on here, it's wonderful ❤
I feel exactly the same. I feel like I've been doing this for ages. But I u deratand why because I never end up sticking to any sort of plan. Hopefully this time is different xxx
Hi Danielle, I'm just back from Liverpool. So pounds have gone on. Clothes feeling tighter. I too opted out of weigh in this week. I'm back on it. You'll do it. Wishing you well and fingers crossed for next weigh in. Take care xx😘
Danielle you are trying your best i know how you are feeling i know now hard it can be for my self i went back three weeks again because I have but 3stone on and i am feeling so depressed about it but i know I am the only person that can fixed it i still can't walk much from my accident but watching you i know we will get this Danielle we will do this together sending you all my love and hugs 😊❤❤
Lovely seeing you you always look so refreshed Lovely skin im trying but have become a single parent now its still early days 😢 been together 5 years was due to get married in November but my world got turned upside down thd end of july with finding out something from my partners past as he never told me x
Well done 👏 like you said a loss is a loss ❤I’m not a gym gal, I tried it and I would rather go for walks too !! I want to start swimming too but it’s not happened yet 😂 good luck this week xxx
I think gyms can be a bit intimidating at first but they can also be a bit of a sanctuary and a chance to enjoy time by yourself. I wouldn’t dismiss the idea completely, but if you ever want to try again maybe ask one of the PT’s to show you the different machines and even book a one-off lesson (although they will do everything in their power to get you to commit to several sessions) and see if you feel differently? I wish you well whatever you choose 😊
I used to go swimming on my days off. I expected to do it everyday when I retired, but very quickly realised I could no longer afford the petrol to drive the 25 minutes there and back, so didn’t renew my membership.
Ah I completely agree with you sweet x this weight loss is a huge mind game and you always need to do what is right for you ❤

Well done, Danielle. Considering, a half pound gain is ok. Keep going, you can do this ❤xx
Driving 20 minutes to the gym always seems so pointless to me! Like you say to then walk on a treadmill it's mind numbing 🙈
Absolutely. I think we think it's normal because so many others do it xx
Just keep on going, Danielle! You will do it! Sending love , hugsxx, and support your way ❤Roe

I think I was a bit too nervous to try things or ask for help. Maybe small steps like a class once a week xxx
You can do this Danielle, stay positive sending you lots of hugs. Do you listen to the slimming world podcast there is some helpful ideas on it x
Thank you Jackie. ZI used to listen to it but haven't for a while xx
