Hi there, check and see if there's fabric in the sleeve cuffs that your mum could let down? Or, if she could lengthen them by adding back velvet or faux fur cuffs to extend them? Some vintage pieces used to have lovely deep cuffs of 4-6". Faux animal print would look nice too, if you like that? Take heart, all is not lost! 💕
