There’s so many of us in the same situation Danielle, I’ve been trying to lose the same stone for the last 6 months but no matter what plan I follow, nothing changes, life just gets in the way 😂 Don’t be too hard on yourself, you are a busy Mom, and we often obsess over things that aren’t important in the big scheme of things. I’d suggest stop dieting for a while and learn to intuitively eat it will do your mental health and relationship with food a world of good it’s what I did to stop my binge eating and I actually lost 5 and a half stone try to eat when your hungry, stop when your full, eat mindfully (be present/take your time eating) and eat what you want not what u think you should it’s scary because u feel like u can’t be trusted but overtime the control food has over you gos away x
I think we all need to be wayyyy more kind to ourselves, especially in the winter! I've been watching Madeline Olivia's weight gain series at the moment, about accepting your new weight and creating a better relationship with food. I've also got PMDD and emotionally binge eat during hormone time. Hope you're ok xxx

I’m writing because I admire your openness and bravery. There are people in this world who never have to think about restricting what they eat. Lucky them! Food is so much more than nourishment and we don’t eat just for hunger. Those of us who have to be careful with our food intake and then have to get on the scales to judge our “success” are not so lucky. It’s horrible to stand on the scales to get a disappointing result. You know you can lose weight when the time is right. Maybe just take the pressure off, eat for health and try not to gain. Thanks for your frankness. You speak for a lot of us.

I feel so sorry for you, all my young adult life I had severe pms. It was pmt in my day. Be kind to yourself. Get as much help as you can. I don’t know what’s available out there nowadays for help. In my day it was not as well understood. It basically ruined my life for nearly 3 weeks out of the month I felt not right. When I was just about to have my period my food binges were terrible. I feel for you , I feel same as you I suffer from depression and anxiety, my weight lost one minute I'm OK and next I'm getting down. I need eat healthy as I don't want have another stroke as my doctor said eating healthy will help me , your so lovley I'm behind you 100 % , I don't want to go weigh in I feel like if I go I out on i weigh my self, everytime I eat, then if I put on I get upset , have lovley day, I also if I eat more I think I'm going put on
I remember listening to Rosemary Conley (remember the hip and thigh diet?😁) on a radio phone-in, and a caller said she had plateaued and was feeling bad about her weight journey. Rosemary said to eat more for a day or two to trick her body. We definitely do need to have days of eating more with days of eating less, so don’t feel guilty having bigger portions, just make sure it’s proper food and not processed rubbish x

Losing weight is so god damn hard. I've been trying for the past year and it's hard getting into the right frame of mind for it. I hate going to group cus the consultants are so so bad. The principle of slimming for is good. Calorie counting is hard cus if I have spare, I'll eat when I'm not hungry or eat chocolate and things to use the calories up when I don't need to.
I tried cals and ate so much processed food, on SW i eat so much healthier, it does work...i deleted all of my insta etc just follow sw accounts no fitness etc and it messes with your head big time, i was always swapping between cals, sw and ww, but sw is the only one that works for me xx
There is definitely a point being on the waiting list. I have adhd and two neurodivergent kids. Diagnosis can be very helpful as it helps us to understand ourselves and can help us to be kinder to ourselves. If you haven’t already look up adhd and dopamine, learning about that blew my mind! I think the most important thing is to work on mental and physical health. Personally I follow SW but as a longtime calorie counter (and carb monster) I am mindful of calories too. In my opinion you look physically healthy from a weight perspective so I would focus on eating mindfully, nourishing your body with good nutrient dense foods, avoid restricting and omitting food groups. Eat the chocolate but eat the fruit too. Someone has suggested intuitive eating and I’d say that’s. A good idea and honestly you have enough knowledge to do that. Most importantly though is to be kind to yourself and try to take time for yourself and to rest. You’ve got this beautiful ❤
I have PMDD and honestly the best thing to do is keep up on your cycle I know day 23 to 28 is rough and i plan for it. My meltdowns seem to be day 27 or 28😂. For when i diet as a calorie counter i just go to maintenance. I know week 4 i am going to go off and eat everything. Sorry u have it but glad you know now. Can feel like youve lost it. Positive self talk, walks, baths and high protein for week 4 helps me so much. Gl
Hi Danielle, I’m so sorry you’re struggling atm. I would definitely go back to your doctor and ask to be diagnosed with your mental health. Even if it’s a long wait it will be worth knowing one way or the other and you have as much right as anyone else to be assessed. Regarding your diet: the only thing that helps me is planning meals and preparing everything in advance. I always have a stash of boiled eggs, carrot sticks, washed and chopped fruit etc for snacking on. And please try to ignore that voice shaming you for eating carbs. A huge portion of rice or pasta is still going to be better for weight loss than a sandwich and packet of crisps. Another tip that helped me was moving my bigger meals to earlier in the day and just having a snack for my evening meal. So breakfast is usually a SW “fry-up” with sausages, and or bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans and 3 scrambled eggs. It usually fills me up until 2pm ish and then I will have my main meal which usually fills me up until about 6pm. Then I might have some fruit and yoghurt. If I start the day with something like Weetabix I’m hungry 20 minutes later! So maybe mix things up and see if it helps?
How does Dan feel about your weight? I have been struggling all year, two family losses and two much loved pets have passed away. One in particular hit me really hard and am still not over it.

Your doctor seemed to dimis ADHD due to the waiting list mayb you should see another doctor and ask to be put on the list as it really can help having a diagnosis. Goodluck with it all the struggle is real. Sending Hugs xx
I think you are too harsh on yourself. And i will suggest to you to carry on to group. And go with a friend. Do not set a goal, just a loss each week, even a small one. It is not a race. The important thing before your period is planning. And when you feel this urge to eat, go for a walk, make yourself busy, and i promise you the hunger will.pass. Good luck and believe of yourself 🥰😘
I originally started watching your RUclips channel because of slimming world and to get inspiration…. But there seems to be nothing but excuses when a diet doesn’t work for you… sometimes you bash slimming world or cc then the excuses start… it’s okay your not doing okay it’s normal to feel that way,but please stop fooling the people that watch your channel.
I think it's time for you to stop dieting. Your clearly not in the right space to get your head around it. Every diet will work if your in the right mind and stick at it. Switching backwards and forwards between all the plans isn't going to make any difference until your mind is settled and your motivated. Good luck ❤

I do monthly weigh in, it works for me. You see a bigger result and if you have a bad few days it isn't so bad
