Great tips! Thank you very much. I like the tip on doing something to use to show your work even if its for free. In an industry that's highly competitive, this can be one way to secure clients, especially clients that have the potential to keep coming back. If you can show that you are able to do something and you can be trusted that's bound to secure some contracts.
It also teaches you how to manage a project to completion. That is the hardest part of any project, being able to execute but also managing them effectively.

Hey Philile, so I’m in the process of starting my own Building Maintenance Company where I will be providing multiple services and my end goal is to work my way up into construction. But due to the minimum knowledge that I have right now it’s honestly just me taking a leap of faith as I am still busy studying towards my LLB but I don’t think it’s for me (to be honest). But that’s beyond the point😂, I need some advice on how I can market myself and my services, and how can I accumulate funding. It is quite a scary move to make but I have nothing to lose.
