+OliMax Rave I'm fairly sure that Genji himself has to kill them, and it only works if the ability kills them (either via the strike or the bleed)... the ultimate (and other abilities) probably resets it as well as long as the bleed is still active when they die. Of course, maybe an assist while the bleed is active would probably do it, to save teammates from ruining your offensive ability and mobility - likely getting you killed, if that were the case.

Genji's ultimate is purely offensive and cannot deflect anything. However I think you meant to ask if Genji's deflect ability can do that, the answer to which is yes. There are videos of it happening.
They should bring back the animation cancels and his swift strike bleed except if he swift strikes you, you have to get healing to stop the bleeding effect.
As of the latest patch that changed a few voice lines in the Beta, Genji now yells for his ult "Ryuujin no ken wo kuraeh!" 「龍神の剣を食らえ!」 "Taste the blade of the Dragon God!"
And nerfed 4th time again 'cause people have butthurt about his mobility and dmg. I don't like overwatch community anymore beacouse they want to nerf Genji all the time. Only rework should help or something, I'm tired of peoples butthurt about him. I agree with you anyway.
