Mam agr jrf pehle se kisi ke paas h to to ye saare Institute dobara kyu dete h vo bche needy h jinka clear nhi hota h exam unko koi puchta hi nhi h unke liye koi seats nhi deta or koi fund b nhi hr jgah jrf or srf posts niklti h but lete unhiko dete h jinka exam pehle se clear ho
