It does, it just has other definitions as well
I'd guessed at definition 3, that's usually what I think of when I recall the word. Maybe a little better-natured than "wry" though, sort of like being amused by someone else's simpleness, such as seen in the video above.

English is not my first language and I didn't know what the word "bemused" means. At first, I was intended to google that word, but after a couple of minutes of this video I realized, it is more hilarious to watch this video and being confused about this word as Jolly. I’m American and I was like 20 before I knew what the word actually meant. Up until that point, I just assumed it was a synonym for amused. Despite being really good at using context clues to find out what unfamiliar words mean ever since I was 5

As English is my foreign language, before start watching this video I searched the meaning of bemusement on the dictionary. Today you thought me an important lesson, never stop using dictionary.
You know, I was only ever familiar with the definition of bemuse that indicates wry amusement. And so was somewhat bemused myself when I saw that the other, original meaning is: "to be confused". But it makes sense to me how the word may have transitioned from one to the other in many circles, as the human mind often responds to being confused with laughter or some amount of amusement. I was definitely wryly amused, or outright laughed, at several things this map did.

I think this video ends up illustrating the importance of denotation vs connotation. Denotation is the literal dictionary definition of a word, and as such (depending on your dictionary), stream Jolly is wrong. However, perhaps due to changing usage, I have personally found the word "bemuse" and its forms to carry a connotation, a *FEEL* akin to that of a minor amusement, or a comical/lighthearted form of confusion. Language changes constantly and there are undertones to every word and how they're used. (personally I think bewilder holds a more appropriate tone the mod, but may be too on the nose or strong a word)
