If you use the neck safe, consider sewing a small hook at the bottom with the eye inside the waist of your jeans. Put the hook and eye together and it adds a small extra safety measure from very nimble fingered pickpockets.
I don't know about some of these ideas. I noticed it was Australian passport & cash. I am pleased to say that Australian pickpockets are amateurs compared to Europe.
these ar not usefull pic pockets are very faste and start touching your pants specially around the belt to see if youve got money there they also have internet so the will know these tricks
The best is the around the neck. I use two, one carries my PP, Debit and Credit Cards the other carries $300.00 in emergency cash, second ID (drivers license) etc. They are both RFID protected and i put the cards in a small card sized RFID pouch inside the first neck pouch which I wear. The pouch can be adjusted to fit just under the breast bone and I cut the cord so it cannot be seen above my collar and wear it under my shirt. In the summer time I wear it under my t-shirt with a light outer shirt. The second pouch I leave at the BnB. Neck pouch and card size pouch I got at my local AAA.

But you didn't mention the leg safe, so you must have no issues with that one, which is my preference
Never heard of VOICE OVER. It is technically NOT a new concept. It falls beneath the idea of MULTI-MEDIA.
LOOK IT UP.
I think it's pretty self explanatory, without the need for a voice over, some soft music would be nice though 🤣
