I’m getting a 06 350z this weekend your videos have helped me make my decision to get one
Sad to see what happened to the car and hope everything gets addressed without too much hassle but I realized you live in the Temecula area as well. I’m actually looking into trading/selling my 2016 FRS and getting a Z in its place. Just want something that has power when you need it at your disposable, fun, but can be dailyed. I do the same with driving to college but I drive a bit further, to riverside in fact. But what you think of the FRS vs 350z if you ever driven one?

Yeah you can able to get that fixed if it still works then you can put a new bumper new headlights and new fender

It actually looks cleaner with no bumper on the front imo
The 350 is an easy fix new passenger door repair passenger quarter new passenger fender both bumper covers but sadly they will total it due to the cost of the repair close to 5000
Just had significant less damage the paint made it not fixable
2006 350z I broke a single wheel
Slight fender damage no where near this totaled with absolutely no way out of total if he’s not totaled I don’t know how

Hey johnny did you install the A/C in your miata yourself ? And if so was it easy ? Bought mine two months ago and has no A/C (was part of the dealer package) and i live in a generally warm area lol
Hey!! So I actually ended up bringing it to a shop and they had to change the system to a more updated one. It wasn’t too expensive though. My issue recently was just an A/C leak, so they filled it up and added a dye to find the leak. Headed back next week to get it fixed for good!

Is it me or US insurance really like to total cars for everything?
They do not like fixing cars that are this old, that’s for sure.
When I tell you I had to make like 100 calls to get it figured out, I really had too!! They wanted the car so bad for parts because insurance can part this thing out for like 25-35k!! Will be making a video soon! Appreciate you my friend🙏🏼
@@JohnnyB. I'm surprised there was any negotiation. They either total and pay you for the car, or you keep it and get paid less with an R title, or they fix it. My insurance called me about every hour wondering if I decided to take the payout or if I was keeping the car. They would not fix it. I wish though. I'm pretty sure the car was sold to Europe after that when looking up the vin. Someone will have a nice project.
