Read the bible from the front to the back especially proverbs and proverbs 8 and genesis. Pray the word and help someone especially those in need. God loves when we are selfless.
Thats a help to me. If you dont hear from God make a choice to do whats right or one that will please God. Like a Kid does for their parents. The word tells us what to do just like parents tell their Child what to do. Either the Child will obey what they been taught by their parents or they wont. How many times have parents said to their kids if you will obey what we tell you things will be a lot easier in life but if you dont you suffer in life. So we as Christians just need to do what Gods word says Be ye doers of the word not just hearers only deceiving your own self. This has taught me if i have a problem hearing from God just do what the word tells you to do. You cant go wrong. Any Christian who is dating someone and you want to know if they are the one for you. See what the word says about it first. Like if you are dating a sinner you dont have to ask God if that person is the right one for you. You should know they are not the right one because the bible tells us not to be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. Dont even desire to be with them. Theres your answer. God will not contradict His word no matter what we think about something. Stick with the word. And if you are dating a Christian if you start feeling something is wrong maybe a worry when you are around them most of the time its because they are not the right one for you. God always leads with peace. Dont ask others what to do. If you dont feel peace brake it off you dont have to tell them why. Just trust God. Tell them you need some time alome with God to pray about it. Just be friends.
David and Job times it felt as if God turn His back on them they wondered why God didnt speak to them when they was talking to him. A teacher is always quiet before the test. Its just a time to trust and stand on His word.
I appreciate how to handle the 'playing the God card' part directly and honestly hard to do sometimes in the charismatic world, but thats a direct and honoring way to say it
If a door closes dont keep knocking you may not like whats behind it. If God wants you to go thru a door He will open it. If its God you will feel at peace about it if its not God opening it you will feel uncomfortable about it or you will feel like something isnt right. If you do dont step thru that door. Not every door opens is God opening it. A pastor i set under years ago said he got many offers to preach at different churches but he said He had to hear from God to know if its what God wanted and if its the right time to go.

How do you know if God wants you to move to another place or not. Let me say this. This is to let you know if God is thru with you at the church you go thru and he wants you to leave that one and find the one he wants for you. I was at a Church and i was there for a few years all of a sudden i felt in my spirit i was to leave that Church it was so strong but hear is the thing i battled with. God where do i go to then? I was dating a lady and she said to me lets vist the Church my parents go to. So i we did, When i stepped into the Church and set down i know it was the place God wanted because i felt at peace i didnt have to question it. I have tried other churches and i wasnt at peace so i knew this was the one and im still there. If you are trying to leave the Church you go to and you try other churches if you are not at peach and your heart is with the Church you have been going to just stay and visit other Churches if its Gods will for you to leave you will know when you find the place. Dont go to another Church just because those people show you a lot of Love. That can lead you out of the will of God you have know in your spirit if its right. If you feel good about it go a few times if your heart is not there go back to your Church and stay until its time to go. Now if you are wanting to move to another state of so and you dont know what to do. If you are looking by the flesh that you can make more money there you have more in life than youve ever had. watch out. I tried that me and my with started to move to another state we found a brick home to reat cheaper then ive ever seen we thought it must have been the will of God. But the Lord told me i had did what lot did he looked over sodom and choc to go the wrong way because he seen how will watered it was how green everything looked it was a way to prosper everything look so good. But look what happen to His wife. It almost cost all of them their life. So we didnt move, I knew God was letting me know not to go. So obeyed Him. Be care if theres no peace stay away from it. If God reminds you of something in the word He is speaking to you.
