For me worship music is pretty strong trigger, first lyrics speak to you, then tears start to flow intensely, then sometimes (rarely) i hear unrelated to lyrics promise or gracious words.
In any occasion the words are gracefull, uplifting, never blaming shaming intimidating.
Then of course is the prayer, somedays are cleaner i guess and it goes like that - prayer kneeled until suddenly i feel a need to worship then i lay on the floor before the Lord and begin to give thanks and worship, making pauses to hear the word, everytime accompanied by intense tears/emotions.
