Real great project and improvements. It is so much fun watching B and J working together. It seems like they have been doing it forever. Is it better to run short lengths or long lengths of the finished bag? I would guess that long bags would either mean you connect and disconnect your bag bag stuffer (reminds me of my mom’s old sausage stuffer) or stock pile dirt and do the hard physical labor to hand fill the skid-steer bucket… kind of defeats the process. Thanks for sharing!
Bryson, your perseverance is amazing! I’m not sure how many people would go through old piles of scrap metal to find a bearing, and not just go get one. All of y’all have such ingenuity! Looks like that is working great. I’ll take care and blessings!

You might consider adding a grease zerk to your bearing to prolong the life of the shaft.

Yay for getting all the kinks worked out and making the skidsteer bagger work! It is fun to watch you brainstorming and problem solving, Bryson and Jared. Question for Monday: Are you planning to use just plain dry dirt in the bags, or will you be adding water and/or some kind of cement, like the mix that Tiny Shiny Home people do? If just dirt, will that hold together well enough to make the foundation and walls for your shop?

I think you should add a sheet of metal or 2 to extend the amount of room for dirt which means less scoops to do more work. Just a thought by the way I am a long time viewer and love yalls show. Much love and keep the shows coming. They are much appreciated

When I saw you start to build this in a previous video, I thought you created a way to scoop and crumble dirt to make it finer, and send it out away from where you scooped it. I thought maybe you were making soil for gardening or something. Little did I know how detailed your invention was. What a great invention to pack the plastic bags for buildings you make with your family. What labor and time will be saved now, thanks to you.

I had an old foreman die from a grinder blade shattering to bits that went flying into him. Grinders can be very unforgiving, please be more diligent with your safety.

Only two more additions to perfect your labor saving contraption. An easy to use bag tensioner and a sprayer to moisten the dirt as it comes out.
