I came to the same conclusion with the two remaining tweezers on the left at the end. I only have those two tweezers left after so many years. I wanted to play around with smd so I had to get those smd tweezers and give them a try.
I can´t give you any recommendation for that. I do all my SMD-work with the cheap blank-metal tweezer set I recommend in the video. You always find one type in the set that is more or less optimal for different tasks.
The silver ones shown is the whole set that we sell for 13,90 € in total. They probably are also made in China but have reasonable quality. The numbers printed on the tweezers seem to be a universal numbering-system for tweezers. So the Weller 5SA has the same shape as our item but it´s (hopefully) professioal-quality for the higher price
2€ vs 27€ ! passed the x10 ratio. idk if the designation is universal or copied from Erem but you're right it's used by different brands / resellers, Excelta e.g.
I´ve looked it up in the German Ebay and you are right. Apparently dentists and stamp collectors use more or less exactly the same type of angled, serrated tweezers.
Those reverse tweezers that open when you squeeze are THE BOMB for model making stuff

I am late to the party but I am glad that I came.

Thank You!!

is it hard to esd proof yourself? looks like you just need to grind them and coat them in some rubber based paint
I'm looking to get a precise tweezer for Mmics, do you recommend one that's good for that? Something small & that could handle thin mmics. Ty

No worries. Thank you so much. Still a good video.
Where to buy those stainless steel non magnetic?
in our shop: www.ak-modul-bus.de/stat/laborzubehoer.html
Looks like the 7 are from Weller Erem ; I understand it's the n°1 brand for tweezers (?) and small pliers too
No. The black tweezers are relatively expensive chinese ones from Ebay. Might be that Weller rebrands them?
I was talking the silver ones, 5SA e.g., just bought 3 incl. this one (27€)

The "stamp collector's tweezers" are actually dental/dentist tweezers. So if someone wants to search for them, that's the name they are sold as.
