I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mrs Brenda am really grateful.

I’m going today to get my test n I went 5 times already 😭 I’m having problems with national portion, I fail for 4-6 points 😭😭 it’s so stressful for me. I work n I have 2 kids one is 2 years old so it’s very difficult to concentrate n single mother. But I know I can do it. I’m really good with customers working for t-mobile right now and I have the potential!! Soo please wish me good luck. I will get my license sooner or later! In Jesus name I pray I pass today . Hey Stu, when you’re defining the terms could you go into other terms similar right after. Ex. You explained one clause but what about the other clauses. Another ex. You went over Va loan could you go over the other loans right after.

Easiest explanation is a promissory note is evidence of debt, or an I owe you.
