Hey Stu, when you’re defining the terms could you go into other terms similar right after. Ex. You explained one clause but what about the other clauses. Another ex. You went over Va loan could you go over the other loans right after. Just fyi:) it would make studying a lot more easier! Thank you!

Quick question for the asbestos for anyone that could answer.. if there is asbestos that is not cracked or crumbled, is the agent required to suggest/disclose anything or should they do nothing because its not crumbled?

A general lien is obtained either through a judgement, creditors of the state, OR through taxes. Taxes are already police power so they do not need a judgement and are just general liens. So they are different, it is just the way through they are obtained.

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed
