8 months ago I signed up for the course studied with prep agent failed the exam once passed on the 2nd attempt and can officially say I just listed my 1st house and also helping another client look for a property!! Never give up it’s doable just be disciplined and stay focused thanks Joe, Stu and the rest of the prep agent team

I studied again my own way and listened to your videos for a week before the test and was able to understand all concepts but most important real world application. I just biked 19 miles while I listened to this video and I have to say Stu you have the most soothing and non boring voice 🤣 I completed my class with another provider unfortunately and didn’t get more than half the stuff because the teacher sounded so boring. I started my journey in getting my real estate license about 2-3 years ago and it's been over a year since I took an exam prep course and almost a year to take the exam! I filed my application almost a year ago and if I didn't take it soon, I would have had to re-file! I finally signed up to take the exam and I passed it today. I bought his book for my State , of course after I heard your mention his name. I really believe I passed my state portion exam because of all those practice questions on his book, they were so in alignment with the style of PSI exam. I had about 7 math questions (fortunately, I like math). You are so right, I definitely agree with you when you say that we don 't have to go into details , but we have to put a boundary line where we need to just understand the concept . Your simplified explanations on the different kinds of Warranty deeds stayed in my brain, I thought about you during my exam on the few questions asking about type of warranty. Test takers, please know all the concepts on the above video, you need them for your test!!! Stu, I wanted to come back and say THANK YOU!!!!

Hi Diane, yes, I took the required 75 hours of pre-licensing in Georgia. My entire class of 10 people failed the school exam except one person. Our initial instruction was horrible. I began watching this channel and two other channels, and passed the school exam the second time and the state exam thereafter.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU from Tennessee!! I passed the National and the State portion this morning and couldn’t be more relieved… The state portion felt easy compared to the National portion of the exam for some reason but my exam scores were almost the same in each so that was strange.. the National portion of the exam really seemed to phrase the questions in a more difficult way. I kept coming across questions that were covering things that I felt like I had never heard of before in any of the practice exams that I took in preparation and in some questions they did a really good job of making all of the answer choices feel “similar” as opposed to being able to find the obvious wrong answers so easily. My best recommendation is try to find key words or phrases that you remember from your studying!, save all of the tough questions that you’re struggling with for the end and focus on the easier ones first, use ALL of the time they give you, and most importantly DONT GIVE UP, even in the last 45-30 minutes of the exam when you feel like it hasn’t been going that great. Value the moment because you likely spent weeks or months leading up to that test so CHECK YOUR ANSWERS FOLKS. If there is 25 minutes left on the clock and you are about to hit “Submit” and get up and walk out.. then did you really use all of the tools that were provided to you??

I finally did pass....took me five tries. I was studying the wrong stuff for the state test. I passed National on that third attempt but State got me a few more time. Oh well, I'm licensed now in VA and signed on with OWN Real Estate. Closed one deal so far...have a listing going up in a few days and have a couple buyers in pipeline. 🤙

My knowledge of lead paint disclosure is BEFORE 1978, not 1978 and earlier. So for example, if a home was built on January 1, 1978, good. But December 31, 1977, disclosure is required. It's very nuanced but an important one I think.

You’re close! What stuff in particular were you unaware of or having trouble with? It’s a lot of material so sometimes what is covered vs test can feel very different
It was my understanding that even if a customer says he only wants to see neighborhoods that are (all one race) your supposed to not and still just show them without regard to this preference
Testing PSI NATIONAL test for the 7th time on April 1 2021. THIS has helped me SOOO much! That FHA Russian question has been on all 6 tests and now I know answering "as long as there is no preferable language..." is NOT the answer!! Also, The immigration question... thanks Best of luck to all!

It’s so easy for me to loose focus or get bored while studying or listening to a lecture. You made everything so easy and interesting. I love your examples, the way you explain and the calmness in your voice. I don’t know when I’ll take the test but I’m glad I came across this video.
I took the real estate yesterday in 1hr & 5 minutes and passed in 75 question's you guys!!!! I listened to Mrs ELISABETH over the course of 3 or 4 days and used the Hurst review materials and practice questions. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! ❤️

Really, you'll know her Too? I even thought I was the only one she has helped walk through the fears and falls of real estate Exam, Mrs ELISABETH has brought me out of the trenches and to a better living, I encourage repeat test taker to work with her.
Thanks to my friend that introduce me to her last week. Am happy the way she process her materials and how you will prepare yourself too for your coming exams. She gave me me a clue of how the exam might come up for me and how I need to study Incase I schedule my test any time.
@Monica Mrs ELISABETH HELEN is obviously the best, i studied her Materials just in 5 days and I passed,I won’t tell you guys here on comment section how she did it. but will advise you contact her, work with her and see how she does her magic on student’s preparing for their coming exams. i was lucky to meet Mrs ELISABETH only God knows I wouldn't have succeeded without her.

I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than studies after writing the Real Estate test last month she passed and I failed 😣, I asked her how she did it , just found out she got her help from Mr James

I finally did pass....took me five tries. I was studying the wrong stuff for the state test. I passed National on that third attempt but State got me a few more time. Oh well, I'm licensed now in VA and signed on with OWN Real Estate. Closed one deal so far...have a listing going up in a few days and have a couple buyers in pipeline. 🤙

My knowledge of lead paint disclosure is BEFORE 1978, not 1978 and earlier. So for example, if a home was built on January 1, 1978, good. But December 31, 1977, disclosure is required. It's very nuanced but an important one I think.

What stuff in particular were you unaware of or having trouble with? It’s a lot of material so sometimes what is covered vs test can feel very different
It was my understanding that even if a customer says he only wants to see neighborhoods that are (all one race) your supposed to not and still just show them without regard to this preference
Testing PSI NATIONAL test for the 7th time on April 1 2021. THIS has helped me SOOO much! That FHA Russian question has been on all 6 tests and now I know answering "as long as there is no preferable language..." is NOT the answer!! Also, The immigration question... thanks Best of luck to all!
