I watched another video, with a ford s max key fob, and have prised the whole top open, instead of the bit shown on.the video above! 🙈

But use a kitchen bag/tissue between fingers and battery as the contact changes current and reduces energy. Ours kept going low and told garage and they mentioned the finger issue and every since I use a bag the battery lasts longer
