If I'm not mistaken, in the final 2v2 of GanGan Galaxy vs Wild Fang Masamune's Striker was the last one spinning. I'd think that counts. If you're only counting 1v1s then I think you are correct.
Sadly, Masamune was and always will be overmatched against Nile by himself, and Masamune's humility in the 2v2 got him to secure another victory for himself and the team.

This flex gets even better if you know about real life L- drago. It has two modes assualt and absorb. By looking at the animation Ryuga defeated Jack only using assault mode, he didn't even once changed to absorb mode. Goes to show how strong and durable his bey is compared to Befall.

There is zero indications that the second special move shares this weakness, so there is no definitove way to know that masamune would've won had he kept fighting
It's interesting that LDrago has spin steal and Pegasus has infinite stamina from his tip. No wonder they are legendary beys, If they fight then there will be no end to their fight.
This is why Meteo L drago is the most OP bey. It can store spin to use at anytime it wants in the battle and it's a passive ability so there is no mode change to activate it, the only way to beat it is if you have a left rotation bey or a bey like Zeo's where its extremely tall to avoid the spin steel, and even with these two factors you still have to be stronger than L drago to win, which is nearly impossible
Or be Pegasus and channel the raw power of bladers spirit from many bladers.

Regarding your theory about Ryuga "being L'drago"
Not REALLY but let's not forget here. These Beyblades are not just spinning tops. They're fragments of a cosmic power, that contains a spirit that one can attune himself/herself with. The more ONE you are with that power, you seemingly get some of its powers. Explaining why Gingka can 'ride' Pegasis or even simple things, like how they can do 1000 reps of cable rows, throw boulders and logs.
Ryuga more than anyone has become one with L'Drago and so inherited some of that cosmic power

In the manga, Ryuga’s more like a Captain America case. He was sealed away so he aged neither physically nor mentally. To Ryuga, his age is still whatever the duck he was sealed away as-let’s say 15-and woke up the same physical age as before, so he started canon as that.

Gravity Destroyer was already an armour themed bey. The boost disc of Hades Kerbecs also acts like an armour. And Twisted Tempo is also an armoured bey. So 3 antagonist beys have armour theme.

Honestly, L-drago is part of why I don’t really like Ryuga. People are glazing him like crazy, while a lot of his power comes because he had the most busted bey possible from the very start. Sure, he’s hard working, but he’s not more hard working than Kyoya for example (who has a stock bey), and every time Ryuga shows up there is no suspense at all. We know he’s the strongest and he’s gonna win everything. He feels like a plot device for Gan Gan Galaxy to win a little less fraudulently (helping Tsubasa beat the dark power, coaching Gingka before he fought Julian, and now beating Jack). He’s just not interesting to me.
One of the hardest things He's ever done is overcoming the dark power that has been present for centuries (literally, people like Julius Caesar, Cleopatra, or Genghis Khan-who had used Lightning L-Drago before in this universe-weren't able to do so). Not only that, Ryuga has also purified L-Drago and become one with it. This is one of the deeds that makes Him the most resilient and uniquely built character in the Metal Series, in my eyes. Kyoya is my second GOAT-his continued use of Rock Leone, while still improving so much from Metal Fusion to the point of causing Gingka, equipped with Galaxy Pegasis, significant trouble, was incredible. But for me, Ryuga remains the most hardworking character in the series.
