Thanks for the video, very helpful, although somewhere I got the idea that drilling new holes and installing anchors might be part of the installation, not so?
Nice Video! I have a 2001 Hilux surf myself and have been looking all over for a compatible roof rack. SO the existing bolt holes from the stock rails lined up perfectly? This is the rack i've wanted myself, but wasn't sure about mounting. SO great video thank you!
@@WoodcockFamilyOverland Awesome! glad to hear. I just looked the rack up and to confirm you ordered the "PrInsu 1995.5 - 2002 3rd Gen Toyota 4Runner Full Length RoofRac NO-DRILL" I'm still getting used to what's compatible with the Japanese version of the 4runner.
@@WoodcockFamilyOverland Excellent! Finally, i'm excited to order this rack. Again, thank you so much for the insight. I can now buy this with confidence and look forward to getting it on the rig. So glad to have found your channel.
@@Woodsmanjlow Thank you so much, more videos to come, I’ve got my Old man emu suspension to install next and I have built my own rear storage system that I will do a video on. Thanks for watching 👍 glad it’s helped someone out!
I just bought one. This is the only video I could find for a 3rd gen 4Runner. Thank you for the video
Sweet rig. My rack actually just arrived a few days ago and I was planning of installing it on my 01 4runner tomorrow. Thanks for the video!
