    This week we examine provide a simple and easy to follow guide on how many ways Pak Sao can be adapted and used for self defence in today’s world. This is only a guide and not an extensive list of Wing Chun techniques, but will help those of you of you with a fleeting interest in Wing Chun or those starting out as beginners to this martial art.

    I truly enjoy watch these videos because I usually am coming from either master wong's videos or from the Korean systema master Dk yoo's videos and these videos here just bridge all the understanding of a combative system. I'm getting better at knowing my craft with each day. so thank you.

    Consistently well made videos with great practical content. Even if your lineage of Wing Chun isn't exactly the same as this (mine isn't), you'll still get loads from this channel. One of the top three Wing Chun channels on RUclips in my humble opinion.

    I would call the first variation of "pak-sau" ju-sau...since it's a deflection to the side (ju=side)

      Did you know you can adjust the speed of the RUclips video? Sometimes I slow it down to a quarter speed so I can really see everything that's going on
