The first three Harry Potter films also has monstrous creatures especially Dementors and a werewolf unlike twilight’s sparkly romance crap. Also Fear Street 1978 by far the best, definite Friday the 13th vibes!

Should we add fantasy movies like, The Chronicles of Narnia?

In my opinion, I feel the second Harry Potter film was the scariest due to the Chamber of Secrets being opened and threatening the student wizards and witches of Hogwarts. The cream of the crop was when Professor McGonagall tells the history and legend of the tell-tale Chamber and later expresses worry that Hogwarts should be closed when things get out of hand.

I’m curious whether there are any movies on the lists Black metal werewolf has not seen. I haven’t seen many of them. Adding up the number of all the movies from all the lists is probably more movies than I’ve seen in the last decade. I guess I should try to watch more.

I like Nightmare Before Christmas a lot, honestly. I see how just watching it through for the story could be painful for some, but I do love the visuals very much and I think the songwriting is pretty great.

Although Halloween is also my favorite holiday and I enjoy horror movies, I'm not much of a big movie or TV watcher overall. Like most people I have my day job, and my free time in October usually ends up being dominated by making my costume, carving my Jack O' Lantern, and going to Halloween parties. This year's costume has taken longer to make than previous years' (Metalhead Ken, I'm making a battle jacket to look like the scene in Barbie where Ken was wearing a denim vest but with patches sewn on), although I spend the time sewing listening to Stephen King audiobooks.

Veronica is good man one of the first good Spanish horror movie I’ve seen (I haven’t seen a lot even tho I understand Spanish lol if anyone else does please give me some recommendations) and it’s based on the first (and only?) police report to ever acknowledge and document supposed paranormal activity in the report

Diablero!!! It's actually a show not a movie but it's soooo good. Only lasted 2 seasons before Netflix cancelled it 😢 but it's absolutely worth a watch and good to learn some curse words in Spanish

I think your ratings are right on for these lists. I prefer the old school movies like Friday the 13th (and I pretty much like all of the sequels), the original Nightmare on Elm Street, and of course original Halloween. I really enjoyed the Netflix shows The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor and I am going to watch The Fall of the House of Usher next. I love the gothic haunted house suoernatural type movies and shows.

Which version of 13 Ghosts does HBO / Max have ?
The original or the remake ( which IMHO ) is much better than the original... Arsenic & old lace isn't a horror movie
    Witches of Eastwick ...not Eastwich
    Rosemary's baby
    The Exorcist
    The Omen
    Witches Of Eastwick
    The Craft
    The Craft :Legacy
    Sleepy Hollow etc
How's my Horror Movie Watchlist ?

  • @bezoticallyyours83
    @bezoticallyyours83 11 месяцев назад

    The first list was crummy.
The second list is a vast improvement.
The third is a mixed bag. But leaning towards blah.
The fourth is a pretty solid list of family films. Lots of classics.
The fifth was a mixed bag.

I find it surprising that you don't like The Nightmare Before Christmas. You have praised other Tim Burton films in this video as well as kids' Halloween movies, but the two together doesn't do it for you?
