Slow moving? Glaciers move faster. Terrible directing, horrible acting, rancid script. The only thing good about this is the storyline. The rest is complete garbage.

Good movie, good story. BUT, I'm not sure why they have to take a good story and stretch the "truth" six ways to Sunday.
For one, all 5 of those 1913 Liberty Head nickels are well known and in museums or collections. For two, even though the scores of their playoff games are correct, considerable liberty is taken with how the games actually played out.

GOOD STORY - VERY good !!...but the rest is sub par by a little & by Alot !! ...and shouldn't be - this movie has VALUE !!
My gosh! Directors can be so stupid, because whoever directed this movie knew absolutely nothing about collectible coins - especially one worth 16 to 20 million dollars. With what probably would be THE most valuable coin on the planet - the 1913 Liberty, or "V" nickel - and be spinning it and playing with it like it's an ordinary coin, because THAT is stupid! First it would be appraised, graded, and encapsulated in a plastic holder.
Why is this so important? Because with a coin worth millions, a single scratch or ding or ANY damage could take thousands or even millions of dollars in the hit on its value. As a numismatist myself this drives me nuts, because I see people abusing what are supposed to high value coins - like the pile of antique 50 Gold Eagles the 'coin dealer in the "People Under The Stairs" when Ruby was having them appraised. That really drove me nuts because those $50 gold coins were worth many times their weight in gold - IF they're ijn mint state condition.
The kid was handling the coin all wrong and with each touch his finger, flip, or drop lessened the value of it.
Yea literally handling that coin, sliding on it while in the back of his pants, etc, could easily drop the value 20%, which if coin is worth $18 million is $3.6 million loss in value from that.
Worst movie dialogues and whom ever was in charge of the movie score needs slapping seriously

The nickel is a real coin but it only went for 4.2 million not sixteen to twenty million

Because it's not high budget cinematic bullshit. It's a real story told by the people who lived it. At the very beginning it told they took no money and paid for it themselves.

The only redeeming part of this movie is the story line itself.... outside of that... the acting is woefully pitiful, the sound quality is terrible, the framing is bad in many scenes... I have watched elementary drama's with better acting!
