I grew up in Canton in the 50s 60s 70s. Played in the hall of fame stadium Before it was the Hall of Fame. Went to Central Catholic, played Aquinas,hahaha. Great place to grow up. Good peopke. Good food. Lots of beer drinking.

A cellphone was recovered, and the last text message sent by one of the boys said, literally and exactly as follows: "We're f'ed." They knew they could not survive the sudden storm that overturned them.
Being an - until now at least - unsuccesfull inventor-guy, this movie made me happy - for Bill Burkett, his family and the team. Hope the story is close to what went on irl.!
i remember one thing my HS football told me. i wasn't long on the team, cause i was too old. anyway, the coach said: if you get injured on a play then you did it wrong. watching pros getting injured on plays reminds me of what my coach said, and these pros get paid the big bucks. should get fined for getting injured. :)
