- Ralph Tresvant told me that it was such an honor for him & the fellas to perform in honor of The Spinners at The Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame.
He also said such great things about The Spinners & their history as he & the fellas had learned much more about them during this process.
Let's don't forget NE also paid tribute to Don Cornelius when The Soul Train Dancers came out dancing during NE's set when they sang The Spinner's RubberBand Man. The late Don Cornelius Was inducted into the Hall Of Fame with the Ahmet Ertegun Award.
No sooner than all of that took place then a few days later New Edition recieves a Las Vegas Residency.
Like I told Ralph they just keep goin & goin & goin. Congrats NE.

Not gonna lie, I teared up hearing Bobby. I can't imagine being him and having to make it through life after losing two children, still, he has his others to think about and he is a great dad. So proud of him for pushing through.
On another note, Bell is so smooth, I love his voice and Gill killed it as he always does (Dat mofo can sang!!!!).

@@AngelHoll Brooke Payne is the choreographer and he’s Ronnie’s uncle. Ronnie & Ricky are the oldest members. Bobby is the youngest but they’re all like a year or 2 apart.

The Spinners being one of the best soul groups from the 1970s. Having them finally inducted into the rock hall of fame is well overdue. New Edition gave The Spinners such a flawless respectful tribute.
Wished Phillppe was still around to see it. His voice really gave the Spinners their signature sound.

I smile each time i see all six of them together. Why? Because no matter what each one went thru they've always held each other down. Friends who become Family like that are rare and groups still being able to stick together this long and still blend together yes it's time for New Edition to get their star and their rock and Roll Hall Of Fame inductees in 2024 **hint* *. The last group i seen with all of the original members years later was heck i can't even name one that i can remember 🤣 🤣.

I'm just happy Bobby is getting better...he is a star period. Slick IM HAPPY HES SHINING AND TAKING LEAD. He's always been for his brothers and team. But that man's voice is so amazing and underrated it's a crime. Slick may not have power like rizz and Johnny G but what you call Ricky is RELIABLE and wise. You need someone like Rick as a friend/brother. Good hearted man.

Man - they can easily have a second movie. All lead singers are "smashing it." Ralph looks perfectly content to back-up his brothers - he was smiling just as much as anyone. Ricky always been smooth - you Slick, blow! A true brotherhood.
