Way better than trying to figure out the brochure's lack of detail and confusing instructions...now to wait for the bowl's 15 hour freeze time !

My instructions say to start the machine before adding the ice cream mixture otherwise the dasher can jamb. This video shows the mix put in and then the machine started.
She only waits a few seconds so its ok.

This is supposed to be an official KitchenAid how to video and she put the mixture in without the mixer running, which contradicts the instructions in the manual.
you are right the mix will freeze if put in without the machine running and lock itself up

Correct again there is nomproperm locking to the tilt head and keeps slipping off , the plastic lock again is not of great design to take the necessary load and keeps getting worn off
Suggest close caption, audio not mixed well with her voice and background music.

Turned off half way through. Couldn't cope with the obnoxious background music.
