In this video I will show you how to do money transfer with the Japanese instructions.
This was done at SMBC Bank but it may help you somehow with the other banks too!

Could you really do it recently? Because I cannot transfer cash to another bank account without any card or bank book. ATMs always ask for cash card or bank book to make a transfer.
Lynn Htet Myo, Yes, I was successful and I don’t have any bank book or cash card. It took me a few tries but it does work. But it was an SMBC bank account using their ATM.

No, I don’t have any Japanese bank accounts because I am not a Japanese resident. Members of US military affiliation cannot get Japanese bank account or credit. I needed to pay for an event I wanted to attend and had to use Yen cash to pay the entrance fee to Chevrolet Japan’s bank account. The only way was the use the same bank’s ATM to transfer funds to them. These instructions worked and I could pay them.
