    मसाला पुलाव बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
    • १ कप अख्खा बासमती राईस
    • ३ चमचे तेल
    • १/२ चमचा जिरं
    • २ तमालपत्र
    • १ बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
    • बारीक चिरलेला टोमॅटो
    • १ चमचा आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
    • १ चमचा धनेपूड
    • १/२ चमचा हळद
    • १ चमचा बिर्याणी मसाला
    • १ चमचा लाल तिखट
    • १ मध्यम आकाराचा चिरलेला बटाटा
    • फ्लॉवरचे तुरे
    • ताजा मटार
    • चिरलेला घेवडा
    • गाजराचे तुकडे
    • १ १/२ कप पाणी
    • चवीनुसार मीठ
    • थोडे काजू (ऐच्छिक)
    • २ चमचे तूप

    This Masala Pulao can be a one pot meal after a long tiring day or if you are bored of having roti-sabzi. The rice grains are nicely cooked still are separate. The pulao doesn’t turn out sticky. It turns out nice and juicy. You will get lot many tips and tricks to make the perfect pulao. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
    Ingredients:
    • 1cup long grain Basamati rice
    • 3 tsp Oil
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 2 Bay leaves
    • 1 finely chopped Onion
    • Finely chopped Tomato
    • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp Biryani masala
    • 1 tsp Red chili powder
    • 1 medium size chopped Potato
    • Cauliflower florets
    • Fresh Peas
    • Chopped green Beans
    • Chopped Carrot
    • 1 1/2 cup Water
    • Salt to taste
    • Few Cashew nuts (Optional)
    • 2 tsp Ghee
    Method:
    • Wash rice really good 2-3 times and soak it in enough water for at least 15-20 minutes.
    • Drain all the water from soaked rice and keep it aside.
    • Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
    • When cumin seeds splutter add bay leaves, onion and fry onion until it turns soft.
    • When onion is about to get fried well add tomato, ginger-garlic paste and together for just 2
    minutes.
    • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala, red chili powder, and mix everything
    well together.
    • You can use garam masala or goda masala or kala masala in place of biryani masala.
    • Add potato, cauliflower, fresh peas, green beans, carrot and toss well with spices. You can
    add veggies according to your choice.
    • Add soaked rice and mix well.
    • Add water, salt, cashew nuts and mix well.
    • Adding cashew nuts is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
    • Add ghee and cover the pan.
    • Bring it to boil on high heat.
    • Cook on medium heat until all the water is absorbed.
    • Cook on lowest possible heat for about 10 minutes.
    • Turn off the gas and let the pan as it is for another 10 minutes.
    • Remove the lid and loosen carefully once with fork.
    • Masala pulao is all ready.
