Thomas tried designing the green version as well but there were too many parts not available in dark green, so we decided to not put out a half-hearted design :)

These are amazing! As a droid enthusiast that buzz droid is just perfect. Thomas did such a wonderful job with redoing these.
I think one design that should also be redone is the Jedi delta-7 star fighters.
These interceptors are an absolutely remarkable improvement over the previous versions, the designer Thomas, did an excellent job
I would love to see a Delta-7b Aethersprite. If it had the ring, it would be even better

The 2005 interceptor was one of my favorites growing up. I got the newer one in 2020, which kicked off my whole lego collection today :)

I recently built the Anakin version and I gotta say, SOOO much better than the older version! The build is tight, intricate, and more durable than the last. I love these designs so much, that I’m making Obi-Wans next!!! Stellar job guys!

The 2005 set is one of the most accurate sets from the prequel era
Definitely my favorite prequel era proper Star fighter, though I think story continence aside they could do without the r-2’s, and it’d be cool if the whole wing had a bit of tie solar paneling going on
i wish anakin's geen interceptor was also an option, that was my favourite official set for a very long time so i hope that one day ill be able to have an almost perfectly accurate interceptor to respect that memory

Nice. I will say that it is too big and definitely not minifig scale (the actors had to put their feet through a hole in the movie set so people could actually see them) but this model is so clean and well designed that I just don't care. Also is next vid going to be the delta 7?
Yeah way too big to be minifig scale. The 2005 version is much closer. These are insane though I wish we could get this detailed at real minifig scale.
I have the original design, is there a part list that excludes peices that are in the original design, I would love to update them, I have had them displayed for years,

Anakin’s green one?
I think it’s a ARC 170
Both Anakin and Obi Wan's Battle of Coruscant fighters were lost because the entire half of the ship was lost! Anakin had a green one on screen for like 2 seconds going to Mustafar. Could always just swap any colored pieces in these for whatever color we want ofc
