Better to live just outside city boundaries in west St. Paul or st Andrews municipalities. Less crime bigger cheaper newer houses. Less municipal government red tape and less BS government control and its much 😅😅more peaceful compared to city life. Than drive 30 or 40 minutes to the city for work and entertainment. Winnipeg has more recreational centres and better museums than Victoria , and the Manitoba museum is awesome . Winnipeg is also a more family orientated and family friendly .than Victoria or Vancouver with a lot of less yuppies or leftist snowflakes. Winnipeg people and Manitobans are much more friendly and laid back than the snooty snobbish west coast people .

lol. MINUS 40c is not unusual in winter in Winnipeg. Has one of the HIGHEST crime rates in the whole country.
