May I ask.you a quesstion: you use 0.4 mm needle but the protocol of the sunekos site saus 1.3 mm. Why is that?
This lady has perfect scarless skin why is she doing this?
Agree should use a realistic model/person where you can see the difference before /after and review same person after a few months

I had 3.5ml under eyes… couldn’t use it all and lower face is very swollen afterwards for quite a few days in fact
3.5?! That's faaaaar too much!! Max 0.8ml roughly for under each eye
Can this be injected into an atrophic scar on the nose? Is there any risk of vascular occlusion?
No vo risk. Scar use needs experience.
Does sunekos add volume like sculptra (with time I mean)?

Hi Dr Abs! After watching the video for the eye area, I've notices that on the face we inject deeper than around the eyes. is that correct?
Yeah because the eye skin is only 0.1mm thick
The official guidelines state it should be used within 24hrs. I've been doing some research into amino acids and I've found that they can be stored for around 2 weeks after reconstitution. Even sunekos says don't use same vial on different people and to make sure you put the clients name and date on the box for next treatment. This suggests to me that it can be stored as long as it is a room temperature of between 5c-25c.

Can you personalise the 1200 in the same way you can with performa?
Absolutely, but the products can't be injected into the same place

May I inquire whether Sunekos may be micro-needled into the skin?
Complete waste of time. Injection is the only acceptable use.

I just keep it in the cupboard, personally. The official advice is to use it up within 24hrs which isn't too difficult when you want to get a good result for the patient and use good quantities anyway.

Dr abs I am using a strong prescription retinol 3x weekly. I am struggling with lots of peeling skin, I think it must be due to increased cell turnover. It not a hydration problem, I use squalene oil every evening and a daytime moisturiser too. I am using chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid but it’s not enough. Any recommendations? Do I need a physical exfoliant?
Unfortunately you just have to let it run it's course

Are you using one or both vials in one treatment?
This protocol is about 2.1ml and each vial has 3.5ml
Whats the difference between Sunekos performa vs Profihlo vs Rejuran?
It's a great question. Unfortunately, the answer is very large if you go into detail. The main difference that's important for you and the patient is that sunekos can produce things in the skin in a maximal physiological way nothing else can and has the parents to prove it: collagens used in tightening (4, 7, 17), elastin which is actually what makes elasticity - not collagen, fibronectin and more.
How is it if you have taken Sculptra or something like it how long should you wait before taking Sunekos 1200?Or it doesnt matter bc they dont do the same thing?
Different for each case but usually 4 weeks is enough

No it's just for skin quality
Can you inject this with Potenza CP25 tip?
Just curious all the injection points are away from the smile lines, naso fold area can that area be treated or will there be no significance difference ?
It can definitely be treated, this is just a standard protocol for those starting out
