Love all that you do and say. Today's words were so good to hear of yours. I have an incurable cancer that I am doing treatments for. Today my doctor just informed me that I am in remission. No words can explain how, except for the grace of God. He truly does heat prayers. I just wanted to tell you this. ❤

Wow! Same story. Both of my parents died within a couple of months of each other. Then a guy I had known since high school came back into my life. We were both in our 50’s at the time, and both of our spouses had died. We hadn’t seen each other in years and then we ran into each other, had dinner together and now we’ve been married for 3 years. God IS great!!

You met your soulmate Dominique. This happened to me 8 years ago when my marriage was ending. He came at a time when least expected like as in your case. We weren’t looking for each other so to speak, but our souls were. I love hearing stories like this because it validates my story and reassures me that I wasn’t a crazy woman with an isolated story. Soulmates are real, and synchronicity DOES exist. Thank you. 🙏
Similar story actually my boyfriend and I were neighbors growing up. After high school we both went our own ways, life happened with both of us. Years later, I'm talking 40+ yrs later, we reconnected! God is so good! Much love & happiness to you both! ❤ it's so good to see you so happy.

God is so great! I have a similar story. I'm 57 and have been on my own for many years and thought this was God's plan for me. I was happy, and felt I wan't missing anything. Then one day, I received a FB message from someone I hadn't seen or spoken to since I was 16yrs old. He was my very first boyfriend! I had a chuckle and took a few days to responded to his "Hey, is that actually you?" message. There was a voice that said if you reply be prepared for whats in store. We've been together now for 1 year and both believe that God brought us together for such a time as this. So so glad I listened to Gods quiet peaceful voice. I am excited to see what God has in store for us! God bless you and your husband!

He was/is her soulmate. They come at very unexpected times in our lives, and are ours forever but the timing has to be exact for them to appear. It has happened to me too.

God certainly allowed Audrey to guide you to say yes and God arranging for hubby to reach out to you when he was in Houston and then Merit Street offer in Dallas.... God is so fabulous.... he sure has paved your path. Everything happens for a reason. He was there years ago, for your son to have siblings to grow up with, family adventures, including outside American. It ran its course, its purpose/life experiences for you and Styles and your former step children; which had a patient, loving, intelligent fun 2nd Mom friend with high standards and deep faith. And now God has awarded you a true blessing...a loving soul mate for your faithful devotion to him and to your dear mother, your selflessness. What a sweet story about how you met your husband. Mine is very similar. My husband and I have known each other since second grade. We grew up together, ran in the same circles, our families are friends. Then after graduation of high school, he moved off and I moved off. He got married, I got married, he had kids, I had a daughter. Then fast forward 30 years and we reconnected over Facebook. I came to realize that he had gotten a divorce at the same time I was starting my divorce. We had dinner and we talked, and talked and talked. That part was very special. We really started caring about each other in a way that I had no idea about. So sweet, so honest, so perfect. We've now been together 15 years and every day is a blessing. He's such a great man and is so wonderful to my daughter. He's given me a life I never could have dreamed of. It really has been a precious turn of events for me. Godspeed my friend.

Fab story D! ❤ I met the man I was to marry and have been together with for 30 years at a bar. The interesting part is I was dragged there by two concerned friends who saw me being sad because I’d just been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I really didn’t want to go but eventually I thought why not? They were so persuasive. Still two of my very good friends and thank God I listened to them. ❤

So funny, this is the same story for my husband and I. We went to school together and life took us in different directions. We texted for birthdays, holidays over the years. 20 years later, both divorced, life brought us together. We are now married almost 11 years and very happy. We were blessed to be brought together when the time was right. I'm thrilled for you and wish you a lifetime of happiness in your marriage and new home.

Your mom was definitely speaking to you. I'm happy to hear you pray about things. I can't imagine life without talking to our Heavenly Father morning and night and throughout the day. You and I are so much alike, we are sisters with different mothers. I married for the 3rd time when I was almost 53. My story is definitely one that was Divine intervention. I really do feel that God had his hand in this relationship. So very happy for both of you.
I have a similar story. Said no initially and in the same sentence backtracked and said, you know what, why not. Met him a few times before I began to think, hmm… maybe I should look at him a little differently. I realized that just a couple days before I first spoke to him I had prayed, Lord, you know who’s right for me, I just need to stop trying to do this myself. When I think of the fact that we almost DID NOT MEET, it was really crazy how I just flipped without even thinking about it… I’m just so thankful. God took care of me when I finally surrendered. We met late August, got married late December and we’ll be married 5 years this NYE and I still call us Newlyweds. 💗

I don't find this story too unusual. I know of many who have connected from the past. I'm glad you were able to keep this a platonic relationship all these years. Not everyone can draw boundaries while married to someone else as you have. I am 67 been married to the love of my life since late teens. As time closes in, I don't know what I'd do without this wonderful man. I can't imagine even being with someone else. I have faith in God and HE knows it would have to be in HIS will, because I don't see it happening. To those who have not experienced this type of relationship, I can understand wanting to find someone to hopefully spend the rest of your lives with. Best of luck in your new marriage and hope that someday we will get a glimpse of the lucky man.😊
I loved how you started this video Dominique, explaining how you and your husband had connected after your beautiful Muma had passed away, I was reading some of the comments from your podcast and some people weren’t that Kind, I’m sorry 😢 for that, especially when people don’t know you or your husband or your circumstances, it’s not like you had just met and suddenly you’re getting married, you’ve kept your private life PRIVATE and that’s how it should be….I’m going to save this video to refer back to these hacks when it comes to Summer here in Australia, I loved how you styled every piece, I just have to find a long enough necklace for the first hack, But You Are Glowing With Happiness and I’m sure your Sweet Muma approves and has given you her Blessings, I always loved your Mom and I’ve just recently lost my own Mum on the 14th July and I’m struggling big time 😢but my Mum had a lot of health issues for years and she was the same age as your Dear Mom, but looked so much older, I almost envied how your Mom loved Life so much and her passing was such a shock to so many, she was your shining light and still is, just as my Mum will always be Forever ♾️ In My Heart ❤️ but that struggle and grief is so Real when you don’t have any parents left now and the only family you have is the Family you make of your own. Wow, that question you asked "What would Audrey do ?" had me all teary. All you have to do is mention Audrey's name and I hear and see her in my mind (because of how you included her in podcasts). I hear her laugh and her tone of voice and her love for you. Audrey's 'answer', your Mom's answer , seemed exactly how she would respond and what she would want for you, her daughter. This specific day, as i turned into the recreation centre, he was right there, and I felt the Lord drop a nugget into my heart that he was "the one"... We've been married 18 years! God bless you.
