I’m crying because this was such a powerful video in so many ways. Like Holly, I expected a closet clean out that would be fun and maybe spur my own closet purge. Instead, I realized that I am holding on to my mom’s life through her clothes and purses and jewelry but not just special pieces that can bring back beautiful memories. I haven’t parted with most of it and I realize I need to for myself. this is a new phase of life for me as my mom is not here with me and my daughters are spreading their wings as young adults. It’s time for me to give myself some metaphorical and physical space to grow and spread my own wings as, for the first time in 25 years being a caregiver is no longer my primary role. Wow - this video was serendipitous for me as I think about turning 53 next month and starting to get my own footing as I move forward instead of holding on ever so tightly to the past. Thank you both for your vulnerability and sharing such personal moments with this community. You had a profound effect on me today. 😘. Love and gratitude , Jennifer
Jennifer I lost my mom 10 months into my marriage. I have her coats and 1 shirt in my closet. We hold on til we can let go. Until then it’s ok. You go you can do it!! We believe in you and when it’s hard take a break hold on to a memory and plug on❤️ blessings to you thank you so much for your incredibly kind words of affirmation
When this video began, It was lighthearted, fun, and appeared to be a great girls gathering. But what became evident 😘 beyond the decluttering, was the true friendship that you have built. Amazing. You both demonstrated how true friends are there for one another, putting aside one's time when a friend is in need. Your mom brought the two of you together, what a blessing..You are "sisters".
I have been a loyal follower of yours for several years, and must say that this is my favorite post ever. The trust, vulnerability, friendship, rebirth, and personal growth was powerful and moving. Thank you so much for the gift this is to many of us. ❤️♥️❤️
I remember Dominique’s mom saying that she had met Holley first, and said to her (I need to introduce you to my daughter Dominique) I think you two would really hit it off as friends, and I think the two of you will be needing each other. I feel like Audrey was a little Psychic & could see into the future 🥰. This is such a great video! ❤️❤️
I can’t think how much Audrey would have loved this. The timing of it all … everything about it was so special. The one thing I like to keep in mind when decluttering is the idea that we are making space for our future selves, if you get what I mean. Much love to all three of you. 🙋🏼♀️🇨🇭💕
Holly your closet looks fantastic and so do you. You and Dominique work so well together. Thank you Audrey for introducing Dominique to Holly. May she RIP. ❤️❤️❤️
WOW...This was a life lesson. My life is heading towards a major heartbreak (husband of 40+ years is terminally ill) and my mantra now is "let go of the life I expected to make room for the life I will have" I will need to rewatch this, but so very glad I saw it now...maybe in a couple of years I will be in a place where letting go will be ok, for now I am holding on to the 'now" with every fiber in my being. Thank you to Holley - it took courage. Thank you Dominique - you are making a difference.
@MarthaDewey1267 I'm so sorry about your husband. I can't relate but I have been married just as long. I wish you all the best on your new journey in life, and whatever happiness finds you. May God Bless you. ❤
I have a best friend for 75 years. We met in grade school, she was an H and I was a G in line together. We are both near 81 in Dec. We have shared so much, lots of tears and happy tears. She lives 2 hours away but we visit often and on the phone all the time. Our long deep friendship is priceless. I love it that that you two can share that kind of love.
All of us need a friend like Dominique to help tackle tasks like cleaning out a wardrobe. Clothes clutter is depressing and debilitating. It makes moving forward nearly impossible. I totally enjoyed this video because it confirmed to me how much we all are alike. I live on a different continent but feel just like you felt Holly. Decluttering clears a path towards your future in so many ways. Thank you so much.
I love Holley! She’s positive, funny, and confident. Dominique, you’re a good friend to help with this! Great job, girls. Love both of your pup dogs and you two. I think of Audrey often, and will always cherish the great videos with her. Sending blessings!❤💐
Isn’t it amazing how we can have close friends from our childhood but then some of our closest friendships happen later in life and the connection happens so quickly it’s as if you were friends your whole life. It’s such a blessing those kind of friendships. Love to you both!🩷🩷
I had that epiphany at my mother-in-laws apartment after she passed. All the family was there to clean up her place, and it was packed of her things. As we were trying to decide who wanted this or that, most things went to the donate pile. I realized then that our legacy is not the "things" we own, but the "things" we do. I thought of that picture in the future with my own things and my children just saying "donate pile".. so I decided, I will donate what I don't use right now, I will use everything instead of saving for later like the dishes and expensive glasses, etc. I will not let any material thing own my life!.. The best practice I do now, is every time I buy something, I need to let go of something else. So, that's my balance!
I agree. I've started to de-clutter my life myself, letting go of things I've held on to for years that I never wear and for what? I'd rather de-clutter than leave it all for someone else to do after I am gone and only keep things that bring me joy or that I feel great in. My friends compliment me when we meet up saying I look really smart or whatever and I reply saying these are the clothes I wear everyday, I don't keep things for good or occasions anymore I just wear all my nice things everyday because none of us know how long we've got so we might as well dress well and look good all the time.
I’m watching for when my grandkids move out to give them silverware and other temporary things for them to use before they have developed a personal style.
My son passed away in June and one of the first things I had to do was go thru his closet and drawers. The first thing I realized was that he was a real clothes aficionado! I kept a bunch of t-shirts that his kids might want when they got a bit older from UofH, his beloved Miami Dolphins, several other interests he had. Every item I took out of the closet seemed to have a memory attached but I got brave and started the pile. Shoes, boots, countless pairs of jeans, hundreds of shirts, etc. I thought I was ok until I arrived at the charity resale shop I had chosen and as they started pulling things out of the start I started sobbing. People must have thought they were dealing with a crazy person. I’m pretty good at purging things but this was intense. That’s why it’s important to do it annually for yourself so no one has to do it when you die. Then came the task of his belongings….what to keep for the kids who might someday use them, what to send to the charity, what to sell, and what to keep to remember him. Don’t wish it on my worse enemy.
A closet declutter is a vital job to refresh ourselves. I had a wardrobe like that...lots of clothes, but 'nothing to wear!'.... I pulled everything out of my wardrobe and tried every last thing on, if I had odd tops/bottoms that I had nothing that worked with it, out it went, if it didn't fit, out it went (sick of, 'I'll get back into it!')...colours that I bought on sale but really didn't suit me, etc etc... I ended up with a very small amount of clothes and my bed piled with clothes, shoes, etc..donated them all.... now, 6yrs later, my wardrobe has filled up again and this has inspired me to have another clear out... it is on my list for next weekend!
I soooo needed to see this video for more reasons then you'll ever now. As Dominique said, cleaning your closet is not just about cleaning your closet....its about so much more. Thats so very true!
Who would ever think that a vlog on closet clean-up/ organization/ decluttering would be emotionally moving on so many levels?!😳 Thank you because to me personally, it was insightful, reflective and cathartic. 🫶🏼I appreciate the kind of friendship you have and I totally relate to it. The emotional support we receive from close friends helps inspire us when life feels dull and provides encouragement to overcome challenges or face tough times. They are supportive companions too as we work towards living purposeful lives. Dominique, may you continue to flourish and shine. Continue to grow our perspectives and motivate us to reach our goals and try new things. And yes, bring a good dose of humor along the way. To friendship, womanhood and being better people- cheers!🥂💕💐
Bravo to Holly for taking the challenge! And to Dominique for being such a good friend to assist her with the emotionally draining journey that decluttering can be...but always so worth it!! It's such an eye opening experience when you get rid of 11 bags of clothes & your closet it Still full!!! Holly, you look just beautiful in that champaign colored outfit!! I hope you are enjoying your new situation. I can tell you finally got to feel that appreciation for having your closet be full of things that bring you joy!!
This is what true friendship is all about... HOLLY YOU LOOKED Amazing in that satin pajama outfit with the pointed toe shoes. And my second favorite us the jeans with red shirt. You got it dialed in!
My mother-in-law passed on July 17th and days after her service we had to clean out her asst living apartment. We had our keep, donate, and throw away piles. I realized as we held up each piece of clothing/jewelry and talked about her favorite outfits and reminisced of different occasions, that this was the therapy session we needed. There were tears and laughter and that much needed feeling of peace. I came home and found myself wanting to tackle my own closet where I housed several of my mom’s things…everything now has it’s place and it feels so good!
I love downsizing everything. I periodically have a box around where I put clothes etc that I donate. I find myself wearing same things over and over and realizing how few things I really need. I always feel like my home or what I have is too big or too much. Growing up in Europe everything was so compact and I think I internalized that. Thank you for a beautiful conversation. What a great friendship.
This was wonderful! Holly is so real. I think so many of us can relate to having different sizes because of weight fluctuations and just feeling secure in "ruffles" or whatever. Hanging on to emotional items is something we're also guilty of and watching her go through the breakup with these items is both heartbreaking and yet extremely motivating. You have a beautiful friendship!! Both of you look gorgeous at the end of this video. Loved it! Thank you!
Boy did this bring tears to my eyes….just watching Holly’s transformation was powerful!!! It also made me realize what I need to do and how difficult that is going to be 🙏🏻💜
Such a powerful video. When I go through my own closet and make piles to donate, it's hard because our clothing lived and made memories right along with us. I get very emotional because I'm quite sentimental and there's this underlying feeling that you're throwing away a part of yourself. I've learned to "let go" because it's just impossible to keep everything. I have 2 items in my closet that I will never wear again, but my Mama loved them when I wore them and I just can't part with them. I have a friend, too, that needs help in many areas around her home and in her closet. Unfortunately, she would not receive the critique the way your friend Holley does. I really admire your friendship. There's no animosity, no conceit and no ego. It's truth and the accepting of such truth. There's always room on the pile for love.
As a personal stylist this is what I do with and for my clients all the time. It's always so, so, so much more than just a closet detox session! Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us!
“Iron sharpens iron, so one man/woman sharpens another.” (Paraphrased from Proverbs 27:17) How blessed we are when God sends someone into our lives at just the right time! What a wonderful episode of true love, support, tenderness and truth. You guys blessed my day! 🥰
Aside from the strong emotional aspect that this video really hit on, I want to comment on the obvious impact clothing has on appearance. The reddish striped v-neck top really, really helped to visually give a softer overall femine and shapely appearance de-emphasizing the bust area and lengthening the neck. I too suffer the weight gain/weight loss ups and downs and the abundant bustline issues. Seeing the transformation from one piece of clothing to another really points out how clothing affects the look of body proportions. Great video content all around.
There is NO-ONE better in life, than a "Sister" that you can not only rely on, but know that they will be honest with you, to help you make the Most Difficult changes needed to help propel you forward in life! That, IS LOVE, on a Soul Level!
My daughter and I went through the attic this week, revisiting and donating many of her childhood toys and mementos. Again, an emotional time of remembering and letting go. As women, it is so good and important that we can be there for each other as we go through life's many changes. ❤
This really made me cry. We all miss Audrey so much but she is dancing in heaven watching you girls have so much fun. It is never just a closet....always something more. Now please tell us the details on Holly's Outfit - wow! Looks amazing on her! Big hugs to both of you!!!!
❤❤❤ 23 minutes in and I am 😢. Thank you for being raw and vulnerable in this video. I love Dominique's advice. We all walk different paths in life, but at some point in time we go through life struggles and Holley was so open to sharing. I love that the two of you have each other. God bless!
Hi Dominique. The beginning of the video pulled at my heartstrings. I’m so glad you and Holly found each other. Having that friend who has your back through thick ‘n thin is priceless and invaluable. I’ve had that one best friend for over 50+ years… it’s such a blessing. What a beautiful job you gals did in helping to purge Holly’s closet. I love having baskets & bins in mine as well to keep things organized. 🥰
I began this video because I, too, need to do a closet purge. I thought this would inspire me and give direction. Well, it did inspire me and offered so much more than just direction! What a beautiful friendship! I never met your mother but I miss her. Watching the incredible bond between the two of you, it would make her so proud. So, yay to a great closet clean out and organizing but an even bigger yay to beautiful lives both living and lived!
I have always been a minimalist and have helped so many friends clean their closet several times in their lives and I never cease to be amazed at how cathartic it is and spreads into their life
Oct.26 2023 Once again, you touched my heart, Dominique and Holly. I love, love, love watching your podcasts and how you reveal the genuinely real you. Thanks. Lilia
Wow!!! I have so many thoughts…Holly, you are a doll. I loved your comment, “My kids think I’m a hoarder, I say I’m a saver”🤪😂😂😂I’m with you sister!!! What a day for both of you. 😔I want to hug you both. You two have inspired me to want to clean out my closet. I’m hitting my later fifties and I feel different, like I want to elevate my style for this next season in life. Thank you for inspiring me. I loved both your outfits. Dominique could you please provide links. You both looked so beautiful.🥰
This video is such a lovely testament to how powerful women supporting women can be. Watching your friendship, love and support for each other is truly inspiring. Also, LOVED the outfits you had on during your download of the events of July 13th. You both looked very elegant. Looking forward to more videos with Holly in them.
wow, this was not just about a closet. This video was so well made, you guys were so vulnerable in the end. The love you have for each other is literally warming the screen as I watch. The true friendship that can say " you look like crap in that, stop wearing it " , to " ok, then go shopping with me, help me ! " . Now that's friendship. But also when you said " a pivotal part of change and growth " ... I hear this as I am purging my house of old memories, good and bad. Letting go of things that are attached to a life that I had, and for a life that I thought I would have now. You said The attachment to things from a period of time. So true. The period of time has passed, the sorting through " you don't know until you dig " phase, and on the other side is clarity. You did this together. I just love everything about this. I wrote down so many one-liners from this video because they hit home with me. I've had to let go too, and I just cannot continue to live with the things that were with me when I had the loss. I feel trapped by these things that were in Before, and now I'm living in the After. The After has to look different, feel different, or I won't make it through in a healthy way. Thank you ladies for this video.
That was amazing Dominique watching you two declutter your friends closet but it’s also so much relief and less stressful having more room to hang clothes without having to pull clothes apart in order to find something to wear! I’m like your friend, I have too many clothes but I’ve also donated clothes to Shepard’s Care a place where people can go get something without having to pay a big price for them! I love helping people in whatever God leads me to do! I’m a perfectionist and love everything in its place and a place for everything….I love the friendship you and your friend/friends have, I love watching your videos in everything you do ♥️ thank you for having such an amazing entertaining Podcast we can watch and learn and laugh at the same time…thank you Dominique, we love you ♥️🤗🌹
That interview was amazing. SO glad that you found each other and were able to have such a close friendship. Friendships like that are a special gift from God.
Delightful video with lots of laughs and tears to boot. I keep a big basket in my closet and constantly throw items in it. Once it is filled; out the door to donation it goes. I would be so overwhelmed with that many items in my closet. I guess I am a constant cleanser? Enjoyed your video ; thanks.
What a wonderful video. It's so lovely to see the relationship between you and Holley, and how much you are there for each other. I can understand why it's taken so long for you to finish up, from both of your perspectives. Weirdly, I have cleared some things this week. I have Secondary (Metastatic) Breast Cancer, and so getting rid of some things, such as my running gear, was really emotional 🥹. It's hard to say goodbye to a life you will no longer lead. I get why Holley was so exhausted - it's physically, mentally and emotionally draining to go through that. And I only got rid of 4 bags this time. I think it's really important to have someone with you when you're doing this, at least to start. Someone else is not as emotionally attached to things, so can offer a viewpoint of realism. I kept some things as a reminder of the achievements I made in that lifetime, but I was realistic this time round. Those clothes I was saving to fit in again one day won't be me by the time I fit in them. Just let it go... Well done ladies. You're doing amazing things ❤
Your videos are very inspiring. First I want to say how sorry I am for your loss. Losing a treasured mother is something I’m enduring along with so many others. I fell behind in your posts and catching up. One about your mom sent me into a tear filled night. And my mom passed in 2007. She’s deep within my heart and I’ll never stop missing her. God bless you on your healing journey…you’re not alone; and for me, I now think about how my mom experienced similar grief when my grandmother passed, and on and on. Press on for all who wait for us. 💕
Sisterhood carries you through the hard seasons of life ❤ One of the best videos Dominque. I feel your journey and purpose has changed into a beautiful inspiring walk for all of us to join. Thank you for cherishing humanity and what matters. BTW your hair is stunning and I remember agreeing with Audrey that she always loved it light . Just beautiful 😊 She is missed greatly 🙏🏻
Dominique I found your channel when you were tying scarves in your bathroom. I never would have guessed your channel over the years would deliver so much more. So much more deep and introspective content and content that helps me navigate being a now (ahem) mature woman. I’ve always thought it corny when people look at people they don’t really know as a friend but I feel you are a sort of friend. Also I can now tie a mean scarf 😉
I am sitting here crying as Holly’s words ring in my head…”If you want to have a friendship like ours…be a friend”. I don’t really have any close girlfriends anymore, as chronic illnesses have plagued my life for so many years. I feel like friends just got tired of me being sick. I want to change that and I will remember those wise words. Thank you for doing this video Dominique! I enjoy all of your videos, but this one held so many important messages and lessons. 🥰
My condolences on your loss. This was motivational for me to rid boxes & boxes of stuff I can’t wear after going from size 6 to 18 after an accident & foot, back fusions & both hands. And having develop post surgical neuropathy & arthritis in my feet so bad! However, I must find time & energy to tackle this monster of way to many sizes of clothes in hopes of losing at least 50 lbs or move at some point.
That was one of your best videos ever! So real, raw, emotional and cathartic. Thank you. I think Holly came into your life on purpose, to be there when your mom passed. I love your friendship - so special!
Two years ago I lost my husband of 50 years. It's been a gradual letting go of "things" but it's healthy and it clears the feng shui of life and allows for new energies. Great video and conversation and I love your friendship.
Thanks Dominique and Holly for sharing so openly and being so vulnerable. It's been inspirational, touching and thought provoking on the deeper aspects of life. This will help me "REALLY" clean out my closet. God bless you both.
I so enjoy videos with Holly. This was an especially emotional one but thank you both for being so open and vulnerable with your lives. I did want to tell Holly, the outfit at the end was just perfect for her.
This was so inspiring! It’s amazing what a physical closet clean out can do for your emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness. And especially lovely to see women being there for each other with the challenges and hardships of life. After watching this I went to my closet and started a clean out of my own. ❤
We never know where a chance meeting will lead us . But Audrey knew when she introduced you both that you would have a very special bond for life. Take care Dominique & Holly.💙
Crying together with you ladies! You have such a beautiful friendship! I am now in the process of a major cleanout of everything I own. I don't know where this is going to lead me, but I feel a strong inner need to get rid of all the unnecessary stuff and close out a certain chapter of my life. God bless to all going through such a process. Hope it will be truly purifying and liberating for all of you!
The video was such an amazing project. I need someone like you who could help me do this. Someone who can be brutally honest and that’s what you were for her.
This was SO much more than a closet clear out, rather a lifestyle review, because the clothes, their age, their style, all represented an emotional odyssey. Good job 😊
Oh, Dominique, this was so PRECIOUS! I found myself tearing up as you both were talking about what all had transpired that day. It's such a reminder of how much can change in our life! What is so wonderful about your channel, is this incredible connection with so many of us living our lives in all different places and situations, yet, we come here and become "Sisters"! We are all here TOGETHER! Love and blessings to you and to Holley....
Just lovely. And heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. We so desperately need a friend that we can count on - ride-or-die - to get us through this life. Life can kick you right in the chops, sometimes when you least expect it. Having someone truly in your corner brings forth a courage you maybe couldn’t find on your own. Thank you for this. Both of you.❤❤
All I can say is, when this video was over, I took a long slow breath. I'm sure we can all relate to your recent journeys and in a small way went on them with you. Thank you.... Your example has made me more excited to move forward with new challenges in my life.
Wow, what an amazing video! It was more than a Closet Cleanout. Thank you Holly for letting us into your home, and thank you both for showing us friendship. God Bless Always.
I kept the last gift that I gave my M❤m, a beautiful embroidered soft, robe. She loved it. It has hung in my closet for years. I’ve tried to move it out. I just can’t. My closet is stuffed to the gills. Watching you do this gives me hope that I can get organized, and done right. Thank you!
Losing your mumis the hardest thing ever to over come my mum passed aged 67 but I was so blessed to have her a wonderful video true friendship is very hard to find you are both blessed sending love to you both ❤
Great video! I’m constantly purging and it feels so good. Would love to have a friend like this to hang with! You two are so lucky to have found each other at this stage in your life. Circles get smaller as we age . ❤❤❤❤
I love that this was not scripted and formatted and was just like we were there with you for the day with "no agenda" (😘 there's that word again ) so real and intimate. Thank you holley for not just trusting D but also us to witness and be a part of your transformational journey i truly felt like i had personally spent a day with a friend in her closet. I truly needed that thank you. Im gonna go to sleep with a relaxed smile on my face having spent a lovely day with friends. I isolate myself too much so this was very therapeutic for me warmest regards ❤❤
What a sentimental video, thank you for sharing your closet declutter and also your feelings of loss and grief. It is relatable in so many ways. Thank you❤
Great to have a best friend to share joy, tears, wellness, love and recipes. My best friend is in Louisiana and we do visit as much as possible. So glad you have each other. It is such a blessing.
Dominique, THE best closest clean out of all time and one of my favorite videos! ♥️ Holly’s comment at the end, “…then be a friend” was so wonderful. Thank you🙏❤
Thank you Dominique, Holly and Courtney! What a beautiful video about helping eachother and being there to support one another. I too am going through a life change after two very difficult, emotional traumas in my life. What I wear is a reflection of who I have been these last several years. Time to clean out my closet (again) and figure out who I truly am at this time through the clothes and accessories I wear. LOVE Holly's hats! I too wear them and love them! THAT won't change!😀
Loved this video ❤😭❤️ So insightful. True friendship was seen here. Much love to the three of you. You don’t need a lot of friends, you just need a couple of TRUE friends ! You made Audrey proud.
What a fabulous episode. I would really love to see how you took Holly shopping and helped her look at new styles that flatter her body shape. Holly you are looking great🙌
This is honestly the BEST closet cleanout video that I have ever watched. You tackled the physical, the emotional, and the reality of the ways that we view life. Thank you for the validation and the inspiration.
I love this friend truthfully discussing the details, the body language, and then, the truth about what to keep or donate and why. Why is my helpful gesture.
I am so happy to see friends helping friends! I helped my friend through a monumental task recently and life reopened for both of us. I now have a friend helping me through a monumental task. I love your gentle honesty Dominique!!!! Holly you look fabulous! That element of calm!
Holly I just love you. I want you to know what an inspiration you are to me. My whole life has been turned upside down. I retired from teaching, I’ve been in the throws of a very difficult divorce since last August and my mother passed away last month. All of this change has been so hard. Seeing you navigate your own life changes has helped me with mine. I’m calling my sister to come help me clean my own closet. ❤
I am loving Holley's reveal outfit! Where did she get that????? Great video. Very cathartic and real. If you've ever been through a divorce and other heavy life changes, this video resonates so much. It does feel vulnerable and empowering. I find my closet generally reflects how I'm feeling; if it's crammed with stuff, it's because I'm not feeling good about myself, or my life, and I impulse buy to try to cover pain or lonliness. So I can look at the mess and it feels like my life sometimes. A good cleanout really does require bravery to part with things that you have held onto to various reasons, and sometimes it's hard to make peace with those reasons. I have tried "on trend" things, but my body shape and my personal style do not reflect or work well with "trendy". Classic cuts, classic styles are the only things that work for me, and I'm tired of trying to 'COVER up" everything, it's just a hard thing to learn and get used to. Thank you ladies for the hard work you put into this, and for revisiting it after all the pain of losing your mom Dominique. (Thanks for sharing those pics again). But I really love that outfit and need to know where to find it!!!!! God Bless you all!
My girlfriend and I just did this to her wardrobe and I was you Dominique!! 😂 I feel Holly is my shape, broad shoulders which are only accentuated by shoulder details, bigger bust which suits v-neck, wide leg pants which evens out the broad shoulders. It’s an adjustment when you find your body shape and realise that what you like and what you suit are two different things. Love your work!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
I’m crying because this was such a powerful video in so many ways.
Ah, I wish you lots of luck and happiness as you move forward in this new phase of your life, I'm sure your Mum is smiling down at you 💖
Oh I totally agree
I’m the same.
Wow - you are so on point - we can remember our loved ones without keeping everything.
We agree!
This is so beautiful.
Cleaning out my closet is very difficult. It is difficult bc my weight fluctuate. I get it. Great job!
Much love to all
three of you. 🙋🏼♀️🇨🇭💕
Your absolutely right Thank you😊
Holly your closet looks fantastic and so do you.
May you find that you have the courage already, to handle the upcoming issues in you & your husband’s life. ❤

I'm so sorry about your husband. I can't relate but I have been married just as long. I wish you all the best on your new journey in life, and whatever happiness finds you. May God Bless you. ❤
There is nothing like a good old fashioned Closet Purge!!!🎉🎉🎉 There is a peace and calm and exhale after it's all done!
I love D’s statement: “It’s never just a closet.” I loved this episode and loved seeing your beautiful friendship.❤Thank you, ladies!
Yes! Wear the dress! Wear the perfume! Use the good crockery! What are we waiting for? Life is for now ❤
Love this! ❤
Oh my how true
Who would think I’d be crying during a closet clean out ? Thank you for this inspiring video. ❤️❤️❤️
So much more than just a closet clean out. This one has it all. Thank you to all three of you.
This is what true friendship is all about... HOLLY YOU LOOKED Amazing in that satin pajama outfit with the pointed toe shoes. And my second favorite us the jeans with red shirt. You got it dialed in!
This was about SO much more than a closet clean out than I expected! Thank you ladies, for opening your home and your hearts to us. So brave 🙏🏽💖
I am same shape as Holly so this was a help for me as far as what looks good on her. Bravo 👏
It also made me realize what I need to do and how difficult that is going to be 🙏🏻💜
That conversation at the end with you and Holley was everything! What an inspiration. So much love! ❤👯♀️
Congratulations to Holly for doing a bang up job on a closet go through and away it went! I commend you!
I am surprised that this has been so moving - the power of a good friend who just wants the best for her friend❤
That was truly extraordinary. This is how women show up for each other. Period. Thank you❤
❤❤❤ 23 minutes in and I am 😢. Thank you for being raw and vulnerable in this video. I love Dominique's advice. We all walk different paths in life, but at some point in time we go through life struggles and Holley was so open to sharing. I love that the two of you have each other. God bless!
Holley - I love your silky outfit. Where did you buy it? ❤
Thanks. Lilia
I love this friendship dynamic!!! So fun and genuine!
I love Holley so much!!! She is adorable!!! You are so lucky to have her as a friend!!
wow, this was not just about a closet.
AMEN to that!!!! I cannot even....😢
That was amazing Dominique watching you two declutter your friends closet but it’s also so much relief and less stressful having more room to hang clothes without having to pull clothes apart in order to find something to wear!
So well said. I can relate.
You two make me laugh out loud...4 minutes into the video! OK, 37 minutes into it, and I'm going to cry! So touching!
Love this video. Maybe you can do another video on clothing that goes with different body types. Thanks
I love the casual fun interaction between you two …adorably entertaining 😊
So nice to have a friend who devotes some time to help you with such an overwhelming task 😮 that’s a good friend ❤
Thanks Dominique and Holly for sharing so openly and being so vulnerable. It's been inspirational, touching and thought provoking on the deeper aspects of life. This will help me "REALLY" clean out my closet. God bless you both.
The friendship, encouragement and support of other women is a blessing.
what a beautiful video.❤ How fortunate you are to be friends.
Thank you, Dominique and Holley, for sharing this transformation. The result is beautiful! 😍
Thank you!
Love the camaraderie and support you gave each other! I also love Holly’s silk outfit!!! So beautiful and stylish!
I loved seeing the rhythm in going through it all. Keep going even when tired, confused. A good friend helps😅
Dominique, THE best closest clean out of all time and one of my favorite videos! ♥️ Holly’s comment at the end, “…then be a friend” was so wonderful. Thank you🙏❤
This was one of your very best videos. Important life lessons learned here: relationships, letting go, identity, walking in love... Beautiful. ❤
Loved this video ❤😭❤️
So insightful. True friendship was seen here. Much love to the three of you. You don’t need a lot of friends, you just need a couple of TRUE friends ! You made Audrey proud.
What a fabulous episode. I would really love to see how you took Holly shopping and helped her look at new styles that flatter her body shape. Holly you are looking great🙌
Chain of favors and unconditional love! What a blessing❤❤❤
This is honestly the BEST closet cleanout video that I have ever watched. You tackled the physical, the emotional, and the reality of the ways that we view life. Thank you for the validation and the
inspiration.
I love this friend truthfully discussing the details, the body language, and then, the truth about what to keep or donate and why. Why is my helpful gesture.
“It’s never just a closet”. Thank you both so much for this beautiful and powerful video…😢❤
Wow! I thought l had a lot of clothes but that closet was insane.
I agree! DOMINIQUE…..... where can we find these gorgeous “NO-Ruffle” pieces?!? TYIA😘
My girlfriend and I just did this to her wardrobe and I was you Dominique!! 😂
I feel Holly is my shape, broad shoulders which are only accentuated by shoulder details, bigger bust which suits v-neck, wide leg pants which evens out the broad shoulders. It’s an adjustment when you find your body shape and realise that what you like and what you suit are two different things. Love your work!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
